Afternoon, the current scenario I have is my client has multiple domains all running at various security levels. We have deployed manageeninge into the primary domain and so far this has been pretty successful. I am now being asked how we can roll this out to the other domains. System time in Service Desk does not match Server time, method of timestamping unclear
I see nowhere to configure the time showing in the top right of the service desk interface. It is not showing server time either. Server time is correct per our technical group, but the SD interface time is one hour off (perhaps due to recent change from/to daylight savings). Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to use ADManager Plus to create some kind of automation tasks to look for users with a blank attribute and then populate it with a certain string. For example - we're going to have new user accounts created in AD by a cloud based HR system (via our ID - Okta) - but it cannot populate the Log-on Script via this provisioning process. I have a powershell script that makes an API update via post to update ticket fields. For some reason I can't seem to update the "Email(s) to Notify" field via the API It looks like the name for this field is "emailcc" according to the API Documentation; however, when I attempt to update the request and add an email address to this field it doesn't seem to work, even though I can update other fields with the same script. Anything I need to do differently to change this field?

AD SelfService Plus URL config
I am attempting to setup the AD SelfServicePlus and am currently having an issue getting to the URL from the workstations. The URL is http://servername: 8888 and on the same location network as the workstations. When I attempt to go to the URL via a browser on my computer, I get the error “Page cannot be displayed.” What configuration piece am I missing? Does IIS need to be setup on the server that AD SelfServicePlus is running on? Do changes need to be made to my firewall for the 8888 port?
