Issue with exports
When exporting to csv ADAudit appears to add additional content to the reports. Why exporting to say Excel, lines 1-5 are fine but when exporting to csv (raw if you will), I don't need this extra data. If this is not possible, is there a way of accessing the database so I can drag the raw data myself without the additional lines? APM Insight - .NET Agent ** Error 404
Hello I use Application Manage and want to test APM Insight .NET. I downloaded agent version 2.5 and installed it on the application server. After completing the agent installation my application started to display a 404 error. It also showed error in the Oracle client call. Even stopping the agent service the errors continued, somene after the uninstallation of the agent the application became normal. Has anyone had this experience? Grateful Jairo
Interfaces Up and Down notification
Hi There Opmanager 12.2 I have about 100 switches listed in my opmanager, If I don't want to receive notification when some interfaces going up and down I have to unflag the status PO option? but I have to click in the interface one by one??? No multi select option?? (it was there in the OP 11) For examble I have clients switches and I receive the notification every day when the users shutdown and turn on the computer, because the interface go up and down, but I want to receive this notification
Can you customize this Requests layout
Is it somehow possible to customize the layout of this "requests screen". As in, change the way its set up, adding categories, moving description - just to make it look nicer. As you can with the Email auto notify and such.
OpManager 12.2 upgrade issue

Op Manager 11.5/Client Web Alarm -- No Sound
Team, I need your help on enabling sound on a web alarm for the client login, what happened some power user has muted the sound for all. We tried recreating the profiles and run program, we were able to see the web alarm flashing on the top right. We are now missing the sound on the Web alarm. Any thoughts on this case. Regards.
Asset Management - Cleaning Up None scanned Assets
Hello there, For all of us out there, which have a large pool of laptops, workstations and thin clients, its great to pull up reports, as long as they are up to date with Asset Info. Yes, SD does go to AD and update new assets and puts them into the Asset DB, but how can I get rid of ones which have gone !!! Is there a sync where if I delete in AD they disappear in SD ? Or do I need to go One by One and remove them from SD ? Can I suggest that in future, if any asset has not scanned successfully

Windows 10 Preparing Windows hangs
I'm having a problem with the enrollment screen on windows 10 devices. When a new user that is not enrolled logs into a machine it hangs at the preparing windows screen, I've left it for 5 minutes or so. If I press CRTL-ALT-DEL at the preparing windows I can cancel the initial screen that windows brings up then I'm immediately prompted to enroll the user. This does does not happen on windows 7. Also, logins work normally for enrolled users, or users that don't require enrollment. In troubleshooting
User gets blank screen after clicking on reset password link from GINA interface
Hi, We are testing ADSelfService Plus and have run into an issue where some users get a blank window after clicking on the reset password link on the Windows 7 GINA link. We are using SSL for the service, and the troubleshooting guide does indicate that this issue can be caused when using SSL and that it can be resolved by changing the port back to HTTP. I don't want to do this, as I need the service to run using SSL. Can someone help, please? We're on the latest version - build 5319 Thanks! Simon

Patch Deployment Scheduling
I am working on creating groups for automatic deployment of patching. My goal is to have everything go to the test group for approval / disapproval. A week later have a larger group pick up the approved patches. Finally, the rest of the computers picking up approved patches a week after that. my question is, If I set the group to "scan, download, and deploy missing patches." on a specific date, and they happen to be turned off that day. Will they pickup the "scan, download, and deploy" the next
File Integrity Monitoring not collecting data on DCs
I followed the instructions to setup file integrity reports on the domain controllers in the environment. I also manually added the audit permissions to one of the DC's Windows folders, to see if making modifications there causes any logs to populate, no luck so far. Only able to reset password once
Hi, I'm having a problem where users are only able to reset their passwords once using ADSS+, every time thereafter we get an error message. This is even though we're seeing a green tick next to all the requirements: We've just set this up on our network so I'm sure that I've simply missed a step somewhere, if anyone could point me in the right direction that would be great. Searching incidents only returns 1000 results
We had this issue with a previous release when a search only returned the first 1000 results, we've just upgraded to the latest build and its happening again. Someone remind me how to fix this so we can either get all results or the latest incidents rather than the oldest ones
Install as a Service
Hi When I try and install as a Service it won't accept the username and password that I supply. The user is set to be able to log in as a service. The error I get is : "Failed to set the log on as service right on the user given. Error : OpenPolicy - 5" Any ideas? Thanks.
Accessing console on laptop
Hi I've installed Exchange Reporter today, but I can't seem to access it from any other PC apart from the server. It 'is collecting data OK but when I browse to http://servername:8181 it does not connect. I have added port 8181 into the local Firewall to make sure that this was not blocking it but no joy. Is there a service that I have to start? Thanks.

"Move Remote Home Folders" moves the folder without any data
Using the "Move Remote Home Folders" feature has a scary glitch. I tested it on multiple test users, and it only move the top level folder to the new UNC path, and none of the data in the folder. I manually moved some folders to make sure it wasn't some strange server policy that was stripping the files from the folder. Has anyone else experienced this behavior?

decommisioned IT Service
Hi, we are in the process of creating IT services in ServiceDesk Plus. The plan is to relate the IT Service objects to the Business Service objects. And also to relate the IT Service object to the software object that then again runs on a Server. This is really just straightforward. But how to administer IT Services that has been decommissioned? I now Assets can be decommissioned, but how to decommission an IT Service? Once an IT Service is decommissioned it should still be visible in ServiceDesk

E-mail attachment stripped with ampersand
We can submit/upload attachments that include the ampersand symbol and they show up in the request, however if we try to forward that attachment from within ServiceDesk Plus, the attachment is stripped. Other attachments come through just fine. Please advise

UpdateManager.bat on Version 5000 fails to run
I want to update from 5000 to 5010 but when I try and upgrade it just asks me to backup sql and then just comes back to command line. The Upgrade manager never comes up.
