Only able to reset password once

Hi,

I'm having a problem where users are only able to reset their passwords once using ADSS+, every time thereafter we get an error message. This is even though we're seeing a green tick next to all the requirements:





We've just set this up on our network so I'm sure that I've simply missed a step somewhere, if anyone could point me in the right direction that would be great. It just seems very odd that it works the first time only for every account we've tested  - I'd have thought it would either work or not work. I've tweaked the password policy to allow up to 50 resets/password changes in 7 days, is there another setting for minimum password age somewhere - or is it a case of waiting for 24 hours?
