We are testing ADSelfService Plus and have run into an issue where some users get a blank window after clicking on the reset password link on the Windows 7 GINA link. We are using SSL for the service, and the troubleshooting guide does indicate that this issue can be caused when using SSL and that it can be resolved by changing the port back to HTTP. I don't want to do this, as I need the service to run using SSL.
Can someone help, please? We're on the latest version - build 5319
