Adding Planning/Implementation/Review to Change Template
Hello, we have a few routine, "pre-approved" changes that need to be entered on a very frequent basis (sometimes 3-4 times a week). These changes have the exact same planning, implementation, and review data every time so we end up just copy/pasting the text from the previously entered change. Creating a shared mailbox on 365
Hello, We have a Hybrid deployment of office 365 synced with an on-premises deployment of exchange 2016. I've been working on the Shared Mailbox Creation Templates and whilst I can have the shared mailbox create on the on-premises exchange server, I cannot get it to create on 365. I'm obligated on the template to have "mailbox store" as a mandatory option, but it only lists the on-premises server. I'm running build number 6582 Thanks!

Make announcement with business rule
Hello, Is it possible that the SD+ ITIL system automaticly makes an announcement if an incident has a priority "Urgent" of "Critical". In our case Urgent or Critical incidents indicates that more then one employee or a total process in involved. In that case we can inform everyone at ones with an announcement. Filtering support email by customer domain
When creating a new customer account, I record the customer domain name. However, if an email is received from an address on the customer domain, but where the address is not listed against an existing 'requester', the email is discarded. We have to discard email where the addresses are not recovnised because there is too much spam to create tickets from all incoming email. But why , when the customer's domain is recorded - are tickets not still created for email coming from customer specific domains
Server will not start
Performed update to Desktop Central following the instructions (updated to 10_0_0_SP-258). Was warned that it could not continue because services were still running. I had stopped the services, but decided to close the install and figured I would try again later. Tried to start Desktop Central. It will not start. It either starts, then stops. I start vacation in three hours. I need to fix this before I go... Suggestions? I rebooted the server and the service did start again. But I am nervous about

Kiosk mode prevent to load certificate
Hi, I'm trying to issue client certificate to android devices. If I issue the certificate through the certificates option, it doesn't work (documentation states that certificate push is only intended for CA certificates, so it's coherent). I tried a workaround by pushing the file through content management, and send users a procedure to import it the first time they need it. The problem is that with kiosk mode enabled, the samsung internet browser doesn't allow me to choose the certificate to import.

Customize Task Form
Is there a way to customize the task form like you can on the Incident form? There are a lot of fields that are not relevant that just take up space that I'd like to remove. Thank you
Bulk Edits
It would be great to be able to change the Requester when doing bulk edits. Right now doing some clean up for a duplicate requester entry and having to go through each incident individually to do this so it's taking a while to get done.
Incident Last Update Calculation
Good afternoon, We are trying to determine how the calculation works when updating an Incident? When we send an email from the ServiceDesk to the user, it does not show the last time the Incident was updated as the time the email was sent to the user. Nor does it do it with adding a work note. Is this only updated when you start/stop the timer on an Incident?

Password verification failed in Windows domain
Hi all, I have added domain controller(DC1) as "Windows domain" and domain member server(DM1) as "Windows" type. In DC1 , added one domain user account and one domain admin account, setup "Remote Password Reset" by using domain admin. in DM1, added one local account. After that, I cannot verify and change domain account in DC1, but DM1 local account is ok. How make it to reset domain account password?

Is there a list of parameters for the API? I have gone through the documentation and I cannot seem to find a simple list. Can you please explain how ADManager Plus can use the same database in the event of the primary server going offline? I don't see where this is configured during HA setup. By setting up HA, is there something in the background that keeps the two servers databases in sync?

Hi, I recently completed windows updates* and restarted the server that is hosting MSD. As soon as the server restarted, I noticed that the ManageEngineServiceDesk service would stop. NTLM redirection failed to login page
Is there any one experiencing this when you delete the appended conversation entry from request? We are on 9413 release. When we were on 9410 it goes to blank may be just not seen the message. It happened when I delete the appended conversation entry from email sent to the pop accountant. one of those out of office message or duplicated one. Urgent BUG report (security)
I found a bug in SupportCenter Plus that needs to be adressed a.s.a.p. Currently on 8105. For support engineeers there can be set of which group they can see tickets. This works ok, as the support engineers that are restricted to that group can only view, edit en search tickets of that group in the normal interface. However when this support engineer logs on to the mobile client (URL /m or (updated) iPhone app) they still see their restricted group in the views. BUT when they do a search they see
