Some of the Technicians not available suddenly.

Hi All,

I have removed one Admin user from ServiceDesk plus.

After that, some other users got removed from Technicians list.

While assigning the ticket I am to view the technicians.

But While closing the request automatically goes to the unassigned state.

Is there any options to retain back.
