How to Add New User with Account Username, Not Account E-mail?
Hi, I noticed when trying to add a new user OpManager does not allow a 'Username' to be specified -- OpManager instead asks for an "E-Mail ID." How can we generate new user accounts with 'Usernames' instead of 'E-Mail ID'? It seems the ability to provide a "Username" was removed at some point, maybe? We are running OpManager version 12.3.091. Attached is a picture of what I'm talking about for your reference.

Hello, I'm trying to migrate ServiceDesk Plus from a Win2008 R2 server to a Win 2016 server, both running 9414. The backup from the Win2008 R2 server says it has completed successfully but when trying to restore the data on the Win2016 server, I get a message saying "filelist.txt does not exist in the selected backup file." Can't import conversations
Hi All, I am trying to import tickets data into our SDP instance. I can import the requests themselves, but when I try to import the conversations, I get the errors that look like this, for all conversations: 0489001 Failed Exception while trying to populate table Notification, for the sent notification. As you can see they don’t tell much. The import fail with this error even if I import only the mandatory fields. Does anyone have any idea what I could be missing? See attached, a sample of the csv

I have created a Service Request form to use for our Network Change controls (NCC). The NCC are currently paper based forms. Our QA team assigns the next available NCC number to each request. It is in the format of N.1935 then N.1936 etc. Is there a way to create a field that will do this? It must start with N.

We really like this system and we continue to study its possibilities and We use the OpenSource system "Dashing" and output various information. We would like to display information on various dashboards from ServiceDesk Plus. Dashing can work with api, but I can not get data or can it be better to receive data directly from PSQL? Can you help with this?

I would like to know if its possible to view in map (business view): real time information of interface bandwidth. Even adding to NOC view I could not. Reducing the monitoring interval in Threshold Settings to 30sec and adding the map to NOC work. But I wonder the resource implications. another solution? Thanks

Is it possible to change task assignment based on Technician field?
I would like to check the status of all tasks on an incident. If they are not closed I would like to assign remaining tasks to the technician in the Technician field when the technician is changed. Looked through Field and form rules and don't see an option that would look at the task status. Will "Set Tasks" assign to technician or just add the task to the incident?
Mail Fetching Not Working
I just discovered that mail fetching hasn’t been working since last Thursday. I rebooted the server twice and stopped/started mail fetching with no change. Computers not logged in for 90 days
We have AD Audit Plus. We are trying to create a report so that we can see machines that have not been logged into for the last 90 days or more. We don't care WHO logged in, we want to see IF it was logged in by anyone. Thanks for any guidance or ideas!

Is there a way to create a user template in ADManager Plus that will have fields to Register the moble number and email address for ADSelfservice Plus? I don't want the mobile number to go into the contacts. I only want it for Selfservice registration. The email would also not be their primary email it would also be for registration.

File manager sort by modified time
I just noticed that if I use the file manager to see a computers files that if I want to sort by modified time it does not sort by year but by month. .Is this how it should work? If so could it be changed to date modfied so that it sorts correctly by date and time? Attached is a screenshot of how it is sorted by modified time.

We have a standard bandwidth report, for one of our customers, that had been running daily, since early July, fine, until last Wednesday. The report has not generated since Wednesday(8/15/18), despite restarting the App server, and changing the "Generate" time to test.. SNMPv3 - "Authentication failure, bad community string"
I have just upgraded to Netflow Analyzer 12.3 after running the reinitializeDB.bat from 12.2 and am having trouble getting my device and interface names populated in the database again via SNMP v3. These devices are primarily Cisco routers and I am getting "Authentication failure, bad community string" from my debugs when NFA attempts to retrieve the router and interface names. I have verified the credentials I've input are correct by using a 3rd-party SnmpWalk tool from the same server running NFA.

Is it possible to archive or delete old automation history's? I have several automations that have been running every 15 minutes for the last couple of years when I try to run execution history I get 'fetching automation history' but nothing is returned. Hi, we have configured our firewall analyzer to receive logs from around 8 firewalls. The disk usage per day is around 50GB which means to hold logs for a month, we require 1.5TB. Now, if we use 1 month logs and 3 months archive option, what would be the estimated disk space required??
Self-Service Widget - New Request?
Salutations! I've been trying to configure a custom widget in the Self-Service portal to streamline creating/submitting new requests directly from the requester home page. Admin tab missing
Has there been a change on the newer versions? If I add new users to the administrator role before from Active Directory, the admin tab would show. After upgrading to a newer version, administrator role users added through AD no longer have the admin tab. I can use the default local admin for Applications Manager. Is this a change in the app or an issue with our database after updating? I have removed and re-added accounts to no avail. Everything else seems to work fine. I would rather use our domain
