Hello, I have Desktop Central 10.0.310 free edition managing 25 computers (11 x Windows 10 Pro, rest Ubuntu 18.04LTS). I can monitor the Windows computers fully, but I am unable to scan the Linux hosts: ""Data storage error occurred while populating asset data" Ports on the servers are open, no firewall is on the clients: all machines are in an Active Directory domain; agents are installed, credentials are correct. NCM - Configuration Change Detection Stopped working (12.3.219)
Hello, I recently updated OpManager to 12.3.219. Since the update, my real-time configuration change email notifications and alerts have stopped. I checked my device configurations and even re-enabled change detection under the NCM module for all devices managed under NCM. The only time I seem to get the alerts is after going into NCM and re-enabling change detection. Otherwise, no emails or alerts come in. Any help is appreciated! Notification to requester not working
Hello, I'm currently testing the solution for my company and I have this issue: - When a requester open a ticket he doesn't receive any notification by email. - The option "Send notification to requester" is active inside my notification rules - This functionality is mandatory for me. Enrollment URL for Apple devices
Hi Team Is still available the possibility to enroll an apple device with enrollment URL? I have an issue with one iPad, after the profile setup the MDM webpage show me this message "Device enrollment failed. Contact System Administrator to complete enrollment device" and on the MDM it show me this Desktop Central is unable to reach the APNs. Hello, PMP version 9800 We found a bug with Firefox extension (1.1.0.6) on Firefox versions 60.3.0esr and latest version. If a user have personnal passwords then autofill doesn't work. Hello Analytics Plus support, In creating a dashboard, I often use filters from different tables. Is there an option to merge all the filters? For example, my 'Request' table has a 'Site' column that I need to use as filter, and 'Tasks' table also has a 'Site' column that I need to use as a filter. I can't figure out if there's a way I can combine all the site columns as a single filter.
Use Barcodes for Inventory Reconcile
I see SDP can create barcodes or use vendor's barcodes. What I don't see is anything to actually use the barcodes after they're created. My idea would be to print the SDP-generated barcodes and apply them to the asset. Once every 3 months, I would go around and scan my inventory to be sure its all still there. Is there no such mechanism in SDP? We're using the cloud version, by the way.

ServiceDeskPlus request assignment
When a request is assigned to a group instead of a technician, it is still listed as Unassigned. This is not logical. If you give me an option to assign it to a group, and if I chose that option that request "is assigned".
Hiding the Site field
Does anyone know of a way to hide the Site field in Incident/Request Template? I tried a script: jQuery('[name=site]').parents('div.columnr').hide(); which I am fairly sure is wrong as I copied it from something else. I think it should work, with the right parameters.
