Unable to Deploy Master Image (Sorry about the duplication)
Hi, I just came across your product and currently attempting to use the trial version to test it out for potential purchase. However i'm running into some issues when setting up your software. i'm to the point of been able to capture master image from a workstation etc but i'm not able to deploy that master image to a different workstation. Group Assignment when Enrolling Devices with the Apple Configurator Profile
Hi, I've been enrolling devices (iPads on iOS 9.3.2) using the Apple Configurator Profile downloaded from the Enrollment page. The enrollment works fine, the problem is that I can't assign the devices to a group of my choice. They all go to the iOS Corporate Default group. Is it possible to move devices across groups? I have Replicated my image to Remote Office, and they appear in the Remote Office Image Repository. However when trying to Create a Deployment Template it does not allow me to select the image from that Remote Office Share. MDM to Deploy apps to Apple Devices - Seems to require an Itunes account on the device?
Hi, I have MDM setup to talk to the apple app store and a VPP token installed. I can assign Apps to a device and it will appear in the ME App catalog to install but when you goto install it, the device will then tell you no iTunes account exists on the device. If I add a generic iTunes account to the device then it will let me install the apps via the ME app. But surely the whole purpose of doing it this way is not to require an iTunes account on every device? Or am I misunderstanding how it works?

Hi there, We're starting to encourage the use of Tasks as a method of breaking Requests down into chunks and delegating those chunks to other technicians. An problem that has come up is that technicians no longer have a single place to see all the things they have to do. The request list does not contain tasks, and the Home > Show all tasks list does not show requests.
