Remote Control :: Access Denied
I have one system that I am unable to access remotely. When I attempt to access the machine an error appears beside the machine in the SOM tab that states, "Access Denied".
I have reference the knowledge base and have re-entered my credentials but, as I said previously, I can get to all other machines.
Additionally, I verified that his firewall permits Remote Assistance and Remote Desktop. I know that the server can manipulate the machine in general because his agent was updated shortly after I applied the April Hotfix to the server.
Any advice for this situation?
