Desktop Central Agent PopUp Balloon Problem!
We love having the agent visible to our users, its great and helps a lot. The major problem (and one that would cause us to remove it) is that annoying Pop-Up that appears in the taskbar. In XP the users have to manually close the balloon, in Vista it does disappear, but either way it is VERY annoying and is causing us problems.
Can we retain the agent and kill the pop-ups?
