WindowsServer2003-SP1-KB903234-x86-ENU.exe Failes

Having a problem... when trying to do a new configuration the Draft Download Fails on the following patch.

WindowsServer2003-SP1-KB903234-x86-ENU.exe

is there a way to remove this patch so my drafts do not try and download it?

any help is appreciated.
