ADSelfService Plus - service starts then stops
Hi- I installed ADSelfService Plus build 5811 on Windows Server 2012 R2 (a domain controller), and configured a policy for password expiration reminder emails. i followed the instructions to configure it to run as a service (using a domain account which has log on as a service right on this DC), then rebooted. It now shows in Windows Services list, but the service cannot start. Error is "The ManageEngine ADSelfService Plus service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stopped

I have kiosk type devices where I need to change the password, but then set it up to auto-login with the new password. I can do this if I can run a post script to set the password for auto-login. Is this possible?
Use Date Field without including Time and Timezone
I'm trying to set up a rule to change the subject of a request to include the First/Last Name fields and the date of the Effective Date field I've added. It works, the rule is fine. But I only want the date to show up as MM-DD, so 01-06 for January 6th. Hi team, In PMP we only have the ability to add character/list, numeric, password, date and file fields. Want to create additional field with the type checkbox. iOS -Asset Scan
When trying to use asset scan from iOS device i get ''User does not have Permission '' when i use SD+ from an android i can use the scanning feature with no Issues. I used two different iOS devices with my account same issue What could be causing the iOS not to work All Permission roles are set ok This only happened when SD+ Build was upgraded
Desktop Central integration problems
Were running Desktop Central 10.0.366. When i start the wizard for the Analytics Plus integration, it errors out and tells me the username and/or password don't match. I am one of a few administrator users in Desktop Central. I've tried Local Authentication as well as Domain Authentication. Both give me the same error message. Documentation is very laxing to say the least when it comes to troubleshooting. How does one go about connecting the analytic tool to desktop central?

Advanced Filter logic operators are being resetted each time
We upgraded from 9314 to build 9406 of Servicedesk Enterprise. In build 9406 and 9407, the advanced filter AND/OR logic gets resetted after using the search for the second time. Example: set 3 filter lines, second with "OR" and third with "AND" logic operator. Press search. It will show correct results. Press search again and "OR" operator will change itself to AND and results are not correct anymore. This is also happening after you search for the first time, then go to different area of Servicedesk
Can a technician be a requester and see their own tickets even if they are in a different department?
Hi, I'm sorry if this is a repeated question... I've tried to search forums and good ol' google but with no real answer. Is it possible for a technician to be a requester and see the status of the ticket that they have created even if as a technician they wouldn't normally be able to see that area? For example we have a couple of separate IT departments in our organisation and they don't have visibility of each others tickets. Hi Everyone, I'm new to Desktop Central and have only been using it for he last 3 months. I still haven't fully integrated into our estate yet. However, one of the main things I need to do is to upgrade our Windows 10 machines. I've created a configuration that uses patch ID "107610" to upgrade Windows 10 to version 1909 and that works fine. Why are alert emails delayed or never sent?
We have an alert configured to send an email for any group membership changes of several groups configured on several domains. Sometimes a group is modified but the tool doesn't send an alert email. Usually the change is logged in the list of Active Alerts.
