Demo site
Why is the Demo site different from our ServiceDesk test environment. We are on 11004 build so shouldn't they be the same. I don't see the Checklists in our test environment and the Technicians & groups option are not on the bottom for chat.

Create Task Via API
I would want to have a task automatically created once a service request has been approved. How do I implement this using Powershell or Python and the REST API?
How to exclude or block all further patches for 1 program?
I feel like this must be easy, but I'm having trouble finding it. We need to stop Desktop Central from pushing any patches out for a particular program, MySQL Connector Net. Can I do this and where? We have a test + approve group set up, and I can see a section to exclude specific programs from this (not sure if doing this just forgoes testing and pushes it anyway), but I don't see a place to exclude it in just general patch management. Hi. We tried to upgrade from version 10.0 (build 10000) to version 11.1 (build 11104) and received an error (see attachment). The link is indicated in the error, but there is no description of this error (the latter is only 1008, but not 1009).
Mobile Device Management into Service desk plus
Hi, I am using Central Desktop to setup MDM and it is working fine, Now i want to recieve custom tickets in my Service Desk plus. Like if a phone or mobile device has been off for some time. is this possible? Or can i make a cutstom "audit" and send those as tickets to my service desk ? Thanks in advance, Yorick
Allow more database fields when creating dynamic custom groups
I think the functionality of custom groups would be significantly enhanced if you could select from more database fields. E.G. I would like to create a group where systems the system manufacturer is Dell and the installed version of a software is less than a specified value -- but unfortunately this does not seem to be possible. Is there a way to have the email ID to notify to be notified or cc:ed for conversations and not just for when a request is created, resolved or closed?

DHCP Scope Monitor - Don't alert on disabled scopes
Under Tools -> Address Monitoring -> DHCP Scope Monitoring I have added our DHCP servers. The problem is, it adds scopes that are currently disabled (though they will be enabled at some point) so "zero addresses are available". The DHCP Scope monitor should either NOT add disabled scopes OR not alert on disabled scopes especially if the size of the scope is zero:

Desktop Central is not starting
We have installed desktop central on a windows 2008R2 64 bit server . It was working till last week after a restart stopped and not starting the service. Is there any problem in windows update ?. please help . there is multiple NIC and IPV6 is not enabled .
Password complexity
Our current active directory environment allows for either/or of numbers and symbols. When configuring the password complexity in ADSelfServicePlus, I only have the option to add those 2 independently. So for example, I could set my password as Password1 in AD, but ADSelfServicePlus would then require me to set a password of Password1!. Thanks in advance! -Jared

Hi, I'm wondering if i can disable the Developer option from the whole device. As i know i can Restrict/disable Developer Mode but when i choose it, nothing changed ! i still can use the development option. How do we change the size of Icons in Kiosk Mode
We have some tablets that run Kiosk mode, the icons are way too small, even when we change display scaling settings. Please can you add an option to change the size of the icons when a device is in kiosk mode. The option to deploy a layout would also be cool. Many thanks Luke

Query Report Error with CONCAT function with date parts
I'm working on a query report, and I'd like to have the 'YEAR-MONTH' that the ticket was created. I'm using the datediff function to convert to a date format, because the format of the date fields are not compatible with SQL Server. I have the year and month in the query individually and they compile without issue, but when I use the concat function to put them together, I get an error with the datediff function in the reporting tool. This works in SSMS, so I don't understand the root of this error.

Enrolled Android device stuck in Staged
Hello, I've enrolled MDM to a mobile device with EMM Token. I can see the device in the Staged position and after assigned a user to the device it stays in the Staged position. Under 'Action' column there is 'Reassign User' option but doesn't help. I cannot remove the device as it says 'Only devices in stock or in maintenance can be removed!' Can someone help how can I assign a user or how can I remove the device? Many thanks Attila

Help with Archiving old requests
I am trying to set up Archiving. I've set it to archive Closed Only, Closed over 1 year ago. So we have heaps of tickets that can archive. But nothing Archives. Am I supposed to set a schedule somewhere. The Help says... "Click on Save button to save the configurations. The archiving process starts at the specified time and repeats after every mentioned period." I'm not sure what it means by "Specified Time". I have not seen anything anywhere that allows me to specify a start and repeat time.

I am l looking for a report that would give me all the support groups currently configured in service desk plus with all the technicians in those support groups and I would also like it to show the configured group and sender's e-mail address of those support groups.
