Manage off-domain PCs
Hi all - Since COVID has hit, we have a larger number of users working from home with IT-provided laptops. Everything was going fine but all of a sudden a lot of users are locking the local accounts and since they're at home, we have no way of helping without the users bringing the laptops back. We have the users RDP in by going through a RDP gateway; so there is no VPN involved. Is there a way to set up Desktop Central to be able to manage those laptops?

New to DC10 needs help Uninstall Cisco Email security pluging
i need to remove Cisco Email Security plugin that was previously manually installed in several computers. Some post in here and in other forums recommend doing it from Inventory\Software and using the uninstalling feature instead of creating a uninstall package. Decline Superseded Patch
I show a windows 10 server pack needs to be installed on one machine, service pack 1709. However the machine is already patched to 1803. Since the checkbox for the patch is greyed out as it is superseded, how can i decline the patch in hopes of desktop central not incorrectly reporting that it is still needed?

DesktopCentral and MSSQL on linux
As I understand DesktopCentral migration to MSSQL needs "SQL Browser" service but unfotunately MSSQL on linux does not support it. Is there some kind of workaround to get this setup working? Why does DesktopCentral needs "SQL Browser" anyway? ServiceDesk can be set up without "SQL Browser" service.

Configuring DFS Auditing
Hi I'm fairly new to ADAudit Plus & I'm a little bit confused about the DFS auditing. We currently have 3 Domain Controllers & 1 main FileServer. We are auditing everything on domain level by having added the 3 DC's to ADAudit Plus. Then we added the FileServer and installed the Agent. This is working perfectly but we are adding more fileservers to the domain & would like to switch to DFS auditing. Our 3 Domain Controllers currently have the DFS role & a couple of namespaces. Leveraging APIs with powershell
I am trying to wrap my head around the APIs. I have successfully been able to connect and authenticate via the API but I am wondering how I would query for all unapproved windows patches via the API? I also would like to be able to query specific computers for missing patches and store the results.
User Work Hours - Last Out Time
First in time seems to be pretty good but the last out time on this report is pretty inaccurate. I assume its because the fetch occurs every 3 hours and if the user switched off or disconnects there machine that another fetch doesn't take place before the crunch and so the last out time is never fetched? It looks like the min fetch time is 3hrs, am I on the right track? Any solutions to this?
Password Manager Pro - Null Password Values
Hello, Recently I updated our instance of password manager pro to 10.5.0, I have noticed that when I add a new password it goes over to our high availability server but when I click show password the password is displayed as "null". Hello, We have a problem with using the Popular Solutions Widget on the self service portal in SDP. A user can click into a solution or click the solutions tab that works fine, however the 'search solutions' box always gives a 'You are not authorized to view this page' screen. We are on version 11.119 (note this was also happening in 117 and 118) Is there any fix for this? Thanks.
