Hi, A good tool to approach a long-term trending would be to graph the average per day of a line, application or IP on a one month, one quarter basis. I am wondering if there is a way have the software automatically gather the workstation information from the request form instead of having the user fill that in. we are just concerned because most of our users do not know what their computer name is. I appreciate any help in this matter.

New Request Form Customization
We would like to be able to hide unnecessary fields from the new request page. For example, 1) Requester Name: We would only like users and technicians to be able to select existing requesters. Not receiving logs
Hi! When I found this program on internet (Firewall Analyzer), I was really excited because it offers much much more than any other similar program. But, I have some problems with it. When I installed trial version, and configured PIX firewalls to send logs to my computer, nothing happens... I checked port number, everything seems to be ok, but I still get the message: No firewall is currently exporting logs to Firewall Analyzer. But when I start some other logging program, I receive logs normally.

Need ability to edit Purchase Orders
Once a Purchase Order has been saved in ServiceDesk there is currently no option to edit it. The only options available are to create a new one or to delete. Having the ability to edit an active Purchase Order, to add or change details is very important.
"Received by" reports are all empty
We are evaluating the 4.1.0 build 4112 version and are very happy about the program. However, when we try to create some reports we notice that all "received by" reports are empty. Window XP SP2 Firewall
During a domain scan I am able to scan my Win2K and WinXP SP1 machines, but not my SP2 machines. What port or application settings are required to be set on the firewall for SDP to be able to scan it.

SNMP info through a firewall
Hello: I have a boarder router on the outside of my firewall with SNMP configured on it. I can get the basic info from it but I can not get detailed traffic info. I configured the firewall to pass all the traffic, but still am not seeing all the info. For testing I opened UDP traffic and TCP traffic in both directions but no luck. Any ideas?
domain scan i V5
I can't get the domain scan to work in v5, this is just xp2 sp2 computers. If I install the v4 it works fine, I have changed the "Allow remote administration exception" Like a say, it works in v4 but not in v5. If I turn the firewall off in the xp computers it works, but this is not an option. Any Idea`? Regards Daniel

in the settings panel of admin tools, it is possible to import and use a company graphic for the login page... I downloaded a temporary image to see how it looked and now I am trying to replace that with our modified logo designed to fit the size limitations.... I go through the steps, locate the file and click import, the screen refreshes and the image does not change I am running a 5 tech registered version of SD+5 thanks

Feature Suggestion: highlight updated tickets
It would be useful to have some way to know when a ticket has been updated. Currently with the version we are using (4) if a user responds to an email in order to update the ticket, we don't know they have updated it unless we go in and look at the ticket, which can be a problem when there are many tickets! Deleting software
I am wondering if it is at all possible to delete software that is not being used by any machines when service desk says that it cannot delete it. For example, I uninstalled a program on one of our systems, then service desk says 0 computers have it installed but wont let me delete it from the list. Thanks
