Server Access for 7 Technicians
I am currently testing the Service Desk v.5 product and need to know the best way to set it up on our server.
I set it up on the default port of 8080 on one of the servers, and we may have up to 7 technicians in our group. But Windows Server O/S only allows 2 people to login remotely to the server.
How can we avoid this issue? I just tried it to verify.
