Installation Error
hi,
i am trying to install OPM on Windows 2003 server, after decompressing the installation file i am getting the following error message. setup does not proceed. Looks like an installshield error. has any one else faced this? how did you resolve?
"An installation support file cannot be installed", Access Denied
I have logged in as the administrator and have all necessary permissions on this system.
