Custom fields and information
We have custom fields set up for locations when opening a request. What I would like to do is to have some more information associated with those locations, but only for opening requests of a certain category. This would be for dealing with circuit outages primarily. So when you choose a location and it is in the category of Network it would auto populate the request with the circuit ID and telephone number for the provider of the circuit. Would something like this be possible?

Netflow 5.5 EA Interface Groups
I have defined an Interface Group but when I now go to define an IP Group it does not give me the option of selecting the Interface Group. I have to select all the individual interfaces across all the routers all over again. Now I go to User Management thinking I will give a user this Interface Group to view. There does not seem to be a way. Is there a way of using Interface Groups for these purposes?
No graffs
I have just installed Netflow Analyzer, and i am receiving data from my routers interfaces( i have that green sign infront of interfaces name). I have added Device Group and ip Groups, but i can't see any graff nor data for the Inerfaces in the Group and ip Groups. Help.
NetFlow on 3700 Series
We have a need to monitor a 3740 router but have not seen mention of the 3700 series in the NetFlow documentation. Are 3700 series routers supported? Thank you. -Eric.

Ability to configure Multiple states, thresholds and actions
Hi all, First of all.. Probably I'm putting this in the wrong place but I couldn't find a clear place for feature requests.. Sorry for this in advance.. :) OK.. Reports by completed requests
Hi, Whenever I access any report by completed request, for example, by category, I see the requests. But there is no link that will show me the detail of a particular request as previous versions did. I was using build 5008 and then upgraded to build 5501. Is there a way to do this?

OpManager not finding devices correctly
Ok I have install OpManager and applied the lastest SP to it. I have the SQL back-end working properly. Now the problem is every device I try to add comes up as a desktop. I made sure that I have the right community string set and SNMP enabled on the devices I am trying to add. I have different comunity strings for certain devices and I have tried them all but they all come up as desktops. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it but no luck it still want find the devices correctly. Also for the

Users can't access helpdesk
I have added the helpdesk to my domain shortcuts, but my agents are unable to access the site. The link looks like http://servername:8081. I'm sure it's a permissions issue, I just need to know which folder or service i need to give my agents access to and which rights do they need. I'm assuming read only right would be enough. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Cisco router configuration
We want to use OpManager to monitor routers provided by one of our vendors, and they prefer to limit the MIBS available via the "SNMP_SERVER VIEW" command in the router configuration. Hello, I have installed this great monitoring program, for monitoring of our Websphere application server. I've applied the application "PerfServletApp.ear" ans it is running. I'm getting a connection from the Web client, but there only 2 monitors runnning: - Transaction Details for Last One Hour - Server Response Time for Last One Hour What about the others? E.g.: JVM, JDBC connections, servlet count and so on. What should I do to see also the other monitors? Thanks in advance.

Nothing happens
I have installed latest version and applied the hotfix and now to the problem. When I add a host and fill in the correct information (login etc.) the host will get in the list but it is never scanned. If I select scan now then it keeps outputting scanning forever.
One Alarm---->One Notification
Hello, im totally new in OPManager...we have installed it and our server sends notification when an Alarm occurs. But unless you cleared it, OPmanager sends further notification about the same alarm.....what can i do, to tell OPManager "please send only one notification for one alarm" i didn t like to have so much email messages in my postbox please help

hi, I having problem regards adding the new monitoring to application manager, since I been configure correctly SNMP to the server which is now running window 2000 and 2003. Router Clock Synchronisation
I have just experiemced a strange problem and was looking for an explanation. I have six routers each with two interfaces managed. Two of these routers were showing the little exclamation mark saying that the time was not synchronised. On checking inside the routers it appeared that the timezone had not been set correctly by the owner. It was set to UTC but the time was one hour ahead of UTC (ie. on BST). Create a Request based on an asset
Is it possible to create a request based on an asset rather than a workstation. For example if you have a faulty printer....instead of entering a workstation you enter the printer details as it may have multiple workstations using it. If you track the history of the printer rather than the workstation you will have a more accurate history of the printer. Hi, I want to know how to set up a server which is running SQL to record information specific to the SQL e.g. in the MIB browser the MSSQL-MIB file -- the data located in here. Feature request: Notify Group ticket is being removed
I have 7 different Groups/queues and when a ticket enters a group, it notifies the techs. However, there are times when tickets are incorrectly routed and I need to move them out of 1 group and into another. I would like to inform the group that the ticket was removed. Thanks Tom

In the Request module of ServiceDesk Plus, it would be nice if we could enter a date when we enter the time spent on a request. Also when we enter the time entry, it would be nice if we could select a task that is associate with the request. Someone else interested in that feature ?
