I've a cisco 7301 running netflow and a Cisco ASA in the states with a VPN linking our 2 networks. Is is possible to Netflow th data flow between these 2 devices

Hello everybody, this is my second time query i m trying use switchport mapper tool on newly install cisco 2960TT switches and it gives me error saying bridge-mib is not implimented , however i am able to discover the switche and all the port and can able to see the traffic , so then when i try the switchport mapper tool of the utility OPUTIL it works fine and i m able to get details port mapping what is the prob. i have seen in switch there is not configuration changes.. and this only happen on

TFTP Vulnerability
Hi all It seems that with Opmanager 6, a TFTP server is installed and running by default. Unfortunately, this TFTP server has several vulnerabilities, most importantly it can be tricked into allowing directory traversals. URL Monitoring showing service down when its up
I'm using build 6016. I noticed that when i attempt to monitor a URL, like 22.22.22.22:12... the monitoring software shows that the service is down, reason: host unreachable. However, when i click on the URL in the software, it brings up the site. It will also bring up the site if i copy and paste the URL into a browser. I've tried increasing the timeout and adjusting the get;put functions... but nothing. The authentication information that i've entered (since the site requires a login) is also correct.
default value for web portal login - domain name
hello, I have a few different domains and would like one of them to be the default value at the user web portal login. Right now it defaults to "choose". How can I change this? thanks.
Mail Fecthing and Assigning Issue
Well we finally went live yesterday and everything is running fairly smooth. I really only have one problem right now. When someone emails our Help Desk and Service Desk Fetches the Email it automatically assigns it to one of our Tech's. Any ideas on why it does this? We are using 6006 Thanks
Password needs to be reset
I reinstalled FWA and the password needs to be reset so I can login. Can you email my those instructions? Also, is there a license file I need so this software will run longer than the 29 days I saw when I selected the FWA? Chris

Restore Database not working (6004)
Hi, we using the 6004 version. If i would restore a backup, it will be not complete ending, only a small part are restored. The Restore Program not said that the restore are finished, the program shutdown himself. I attached the SDPRestore.log But I need the Backup. Can anyone help me plz? Sebastian
Contract Renewal
hi i have an issue where i renew contracts, (contracts are associated with assets) when the contract expires it shows up in the inventory for that particular asset after renewing the contract and making sure the asset is associated with the new renewed contract the asset is still showing as being out of contract. this happened with version 6 as well as 6007 build, it is really annoying as i now have no way of figuring out easily which assets is out of contract and which one isn't also i believe there
Java doing strange things?
Checking the event viewer logs on our server we are receiving a lot (a couple a minute) of kerberos errors. Obviously created by SD+ as they also appear on our old server. There are also a great deal of pings being sent out from java which I don't understand. However, whatever java is doing it is eating up memory as after several hours the memory useage grows from 250MB to over 1.5GB which is obviously degrading performance. All scans AD/Network/Domain have been turned off. So what exactly are all

Traffic Graph in excess of circuit size
For a given circuit (OC3- 155Mbps), the graph regularly records spikes well in excess of the circuit bandwidth: Category Total Max Min Avg 95th Per Traffic OUT 147147.42 MB 581.02 Mbps - 46.71 Mbps 99.05 Mbps I'm confused. Is this sent data over the circuit size dropped, or is this an error in how the data is captured or displayed?

Problems adding Windows SBS 2003 R2 Monitor
Hi, I can't add any kind of monitor for a Windows Small Business Server 2003 R2. I have tried trough both WMI and SNMP with no luck. I have another server with Windows Server 2003 R2 and it works correctly. I have Applications Manager installed in both of them and with both installations I can monitor every computer/server on the net except the SBS Server. The SBS includes an ISA Firewall but it's configured to allow every kind of connection between the servers (I have monitored communications between

6008 Upgrade - No Notification
We have just recently upgrade to 6008, and now technicians and requesters are both not receiving notifications to emails. windows domain scan
just registered the program and i am now attempting the full windows domain scan for machines. we have many that are failing. question: when it says "Connection to RPC server in the workstation failed." is there a way to fix this with a group policy setting domain wide? question #2: when it says "Either access denied for the user or the remote DCOM option might be disabled in the workstation." is there a way to fix this via GPO?
MSSQL 2005 Monitoring
I am running MSP version 6. I am trying to monitor MSSQL 2005, and am not able to do it. As far as I understand, SQL 2005 does not support SNMP, so I am not able to monitor via the SNMP monitor included..and there is no WMI monitor for the MSP version. Does that mean that I can not monitor SQL 2005?
Stacked graph and alerting based on total
I have added a new WMI monitor which captures the processor utilization breakdown (DPC, Interrupt, User, Privileged). Can I use the same monitor to display a stacked graph of the values and alert based off the total value (not the individual values)? Thanks, Colin
OpManager7 - MySQL Performance Tuning - Too Many Processes
I am running OpManager 7 Beta on CentOS Linux with 2 gigs of ram. When I execute top, I am stunned to see how many MySQL processes OpManager spawns. {See Screen Shot Below}. I only manage two servers, so clearly I don't need so many memory hungry MySQL processes running. I have searched with no luck for the mysql configuration file used by OpManager, usually called my.ini or my.cnf. Where in the world is the MySQL configuration file? It needs to be seriously tweaked for performance. Thanks.[/img]

Expiration Date in Report
I'm trying to run a report on inactive users, and want to add the date an account is due to expire (if set). I've added accountExpires into the LDAP additions, and it collects this, but the format is not showing the date, but the actual value. Is there a way of adding this into the report?

Monitoring Windows 2003 Domain Controller
Can anyone tell me what we need to do to monitor a Windows 2003 Domain Controller? What services need to be running, does the account require administrative rights? I would like step by step instructions if at all possible. We have SMNP installed and WMI SNMP provider. We are still having some problems seeing some stuff. namely the AD stuff listed under AD STore, Network, Performance Counters. What else is required on the domain controller?
Installation Issue!

6016 linux installation/views
After installation a clean opmanager installation on a debian server applying the update 6016 and setting up the database at MSSQL we are running in to the following problem. If we click on a view for example Servers in the Infrastructure Views the devices are not showing. But we can find these devices back in the Quickconfig wizard.
