No technicians available to allocate

No technicians available to allocate

I have just added all the technicians to various groups and now, when entering a request can only allocate a group. "no options available" appears where normally you could select a technican.

Also anyone enters a quick request the job seems to disappear when saved. I believe it is connected to the above issue.

Could anyone help me out on this please.
