Verifying requisit ports
Hi all, We are setting up a new SDPlus server and I just want to verify what ports I need to have opened. I assume that 80, 25 and 100 will do everything for logging in from the out side and checking / sending e-mail. Are there any other ports I need to open? Thanks, Dom
DHCP servers
I have problems getting some of my dhcp servers to get added. I tells me they do not have DHCP enabled but they do. And snmp is working as I monitor all of these servers in opmanager, etc. Also, some locations have a cisco 851 giving out dhcp, would be nice if I could monitor those. Thanks!
Rogue Detection -No DNS-

Anyone have a good way to monitor Microsoft Exchange traffic with NFA? The Client ports are random, I haven't found a way to set up an application mapping for it. Thanks!

Associating Minor Software: Adobe Versions
I have Purchased 18 Liencenses for Adobe 8. When I scanned them in, everything turned out great. Since then I have updated them and have some version 8.1.0 to 8.1.2. When the workstations are scanned it shows up in the software. I tried to associate the minor version however, it throws the licensing completly off. It shows that I have 18 licenses but 36 installations. Could you please help!

I need to install SD+ 7.0.0 build 7005 on a test server so that I can test a database migration. I can't find my production download of that version, and I can't use the current download version (build 11) as my test version (to restore a copy of my production mysql data to the test server I need the same version SD running. Hi All, I have downloaded OpManager in order to get file conflict alerts from the 2003r2 DFS. Unfotunately I cannot see a section for adding rules to the event log for DFS. Is it possible to generate an alarm from the DFS log in some other way?

However, after a fresh install and a fresh setup the issue is still there. I'm on the latest version of v7 (7025). Is it possible to create a custom performance monitor? I have snmpd on servers checking processes and I want OpManager to poll that particular OID. I see ways to create services by port, but not a way to create monitors by SNMP OID.
SDPlus 6 to 7 upgrade problems
I'm experiencing problems while upgrading to version 7 with importing assets and work stations, they are not showing up correctly in the new version and it throws an error when trying to delete all workstations to re-import the saved information with the Error Code - 1,206,025,836,390. Also is there a way to eliminate workstations that are pulled from AD that aren't active any longer?

WMI Failures
(OpMan 7025 on Win2k3 with mysql db) We're having trouble with WMI - all 2000/2003 machines are in the same domain, but won't accept any credentials we give it! When we test, it always comes up "failed", even with the domain admin, local admin, local user, domain user, etc.. Is there a log somewhere we can see what's happening or why it's failing?

Hi, we use the eventlog monitoring rules and want to capture all critical events. We can do this, however we often recieve certain events in the eventlogs which are classed as critical by the app logging it, but they are known to us and can be safely ignored - consequently we don't want the status of the monitor to be shown as warning or critical. I just found this product and have checked it out on a windows 2000 server. I set it up to monitor 3 other servers on the same network and everything seems fine accept the CPU usage is huge and mem yse is over 400MB! Is this normal? If so, I would need to dedicate a server to just this app.

Filters for narrowing down Request list are broken
I am using SD+ 7 7011. Filters are broken so you can't list Requests using criteria very well at all. As soon as you add more than one condition (i.e. all Requests that are 'In Progress' and are not 'FinanceDept') you get completely random results. This is causing us big problems because we are unable to filter our Requests list and therefore have a long list of Requests that are unmanageable.
