Replies to and from requesters

We have noticed that since upgrading to 7012, if a reply comes in from a requester to an email sent by ServiceDesk, then SD sends a reply back (Acknowledge requester by email on receipt of the email reply) message )which turns off the red envelope on the top screen, thereby we are not alerted that the reply has arrived.

Also, prior to 7012 we had the reply turned off, upgrading to 7012 seems to have turned this on.

Apologies if this has been covered in another post, I checked but I couldn't see it.
