Good Day I`m getting problems with some of the wmi monitors with opmanager 8 I have added a device, we using SNMP. But we need to monitor the Processor Queue Length, the pages per second and disk queue length. I have added those monitors but if I do a test it fails with no respond. Attention alert will not clear
I just upgraded to OpManager8 from OpManager6 and everything seems to be good except an attention alert on two of the servers. It said that it missed one poll but it they are configured to trigger a critical alert after one missed poll. It has been 24 hrs and the two servers have till not cleared the Attention alert. I have looked but I can't find a way to clear these alerts. Don't know if I can't find it in this new version of if there is an issue with these two hosts. They where fine after the

Views of changes
Is it possible to view all changes for a particular service or for a particular asset? I would like to be able to quickly see for troubleshooting what changes have been made to a service or asset and i can't see a quick way to do this. Also it would be good, if using the relationships for assets and services that you could see changes that apply to dependancies of services. Why server doesn't switch to HTTPS ?
Under ADMIN - Connection there is an option [ ]Enable SSL Port [https]:10361 When I try to enable it and change the port number it doesn't do it. After clicking on Save changes it says "Successfully updated.", but number stays the same - 10361. Checkbox seems to get checked, but when I actually try to use HTTPS - it doesn't connect to it. Same configuration page in AD Manager Plus works just fine - changes get saved and HTTP redirect to HTPPS automatically. Why AD Audit Plus doesn't work properly?

Netflow not picking up interface
Hello, I have recently moved a circuit from one interface to another on a Cisco 7200 router, previously the interface has been monitored but due to this move I have removed the license. After configuring the new interface on the router to send information to the netflow analyser the interface does not appear at all. I can not therefore manage/monitor his interface Am i doing something wrong? Any ideas?
New PC's in OU's with Configurations already deployed
Hello- I've noticed while testing Desktop Central that after a configuration is deployed with the target being an OU; any new computer that is added to the OU does not become a part of the target computers. I can modify that configuration and the newly added computer will show up under that same OU, but it would be nice not to have to modify the config each time we get a new PC. Is there a way to do this now, or do I need to submit a request for a new feature?

Adding requesters via LDAP scan = no associated domain
We currently use SD+ across 2 domains. Domain 1 has a full list of requesters fine with the correct domain associated Domain 2 HAD users associated fine but can no longer get any more Previously we could add requesters fine and they would be associated with the correct domain, now when we point SD+ at the correct OU using LDAP referencing the user(s) are added but cannot login as they have no Domain associated. Asset search results that return over 50 rows display incorrectly
When using the search box on the left-hand side with Asset selected, if the criteria you specify returns more than 50 results (which are then spread over 3 pages of 25 per page) then the display behaves oddly. The first 25 rows display normally, but clicking the next page button takes you to rows 26-50 which are in fact just the first 25 rows repeated. Problem with OverDue Status
Hello guys! We use a SupportCenter Plus 7012 and have a problem. When we are recieving a new request, field "created date" sets up correctly. Then our Support Rep registers this request and set up field "Priority". Based on this field and SLA rules, "Due date" sets up correctly too. When Support Rep closes Request, field "Completed Date" is correctly too. But when we use our custom report with filter "OverDue Status = yes" it shows us a full list of our requests, even if "Completed Date" less then

Unable to login to SD after AD Server Died
One of my AD servers had a hardware failure and was taken out of the farm. Since that happened, I get the username and/or password error and am unable to login. I have tried to login locally and follow some of the steps, however, it's still not working. Any suggestions?
Delegating Access with Password User
Hi, I have an issue while delegating access to a resource/Resource group with Password User. View & Modify works fine, however when it comes to Manage - Password user do not get to manage the resource. Password user do not the arrow like icon to share the resource further. If I delegate the same resource group to a Password administrator, it works fine. I am using PMP Ver 6.0.0 Please advise.
Time Stamps of Alarms
From a device snapshot page, the Show Alarms action gives a list of the devices alarms sorted by date. However the date / time for many alarms is not correct. What is shown is when the alarm was CLEARED, not when it actually occurred. Many alarms such as 'interface down' are cleared manually after reviewing, and the database should retain the original fault time. Why does it record the time it was cleared? Norbert
Problem Adding 64Bit Linux
Problem Adding 64bit Linux - RHEL4.7. I've done it in auto discovery and manually add it via the Add Device but all are successful with no error however the new addedd devices cannot be seen on the server list nor desktop list. Please help. were currently evaluating OPManager. I have a App Manager and had no problem with this 64 bit server. I can see thier CPU, Memory, Disk, etc... but not in OPManager. Unable to add snmp strings
Got an unusual problem, Trying to add community strings to a Cisco 6506 IOS based switch in Opmanger, and keep getting an error saying that the snmp strings failed (these are common to a whole bunch of switches), no errors for failed snmp on the actual switch logs. So on another server I installed the "free" version of Opmanager and using cut and paste added the community strings no trouble at all !!. So what is wrong with our fully registered version then ? bug fixes versus news features in Opmanager
Hi Opmanager team, I'd like to complement you on the value and features you've got in your product. Unfortunately, I seem to spend a lot of time babysitting it due to buggy behaviors. For example, right now I've got 2 cases open due to problems that I think were created due to weak or missing field validation. And there are many other issues I've just worked around on my own. (running 8007 on RedHat) I would recommend your developers slow down on the new features and spend more time on bug fixes.

Notify requester when changed
If a technician changes the requester , it would be nice to notify the new requester that they have a request in the system.. ie - we have a voicemail system which pushes all voicemails into servicedesk from a single email . When the technician listens to the message , he assigns the correct requester ( instead of the voicemail) , the system does not send an email to the actual requester when assigned .

How can I find requests that have closed problems, and problems that have closed changes
I'm sure there is an easy answer, but I cannot find any list or report that shows me a list of requests where the problem has now been closed. Likewise, when a change is closed, I cannot see how this updates the Problem in any way, or notifes any users the problem can now be resolved (except by email). I have seen the email notifications, but emails are a one time only action that are easily forgotton, or delivered to a technition on holiday, sick or otherwise unable to progress the case imediatly.
Remove "Site" from Requester Details
Hi, I doubt it's possible now, but perhaps in a future update we could have the ability to remove "site" from the requester details. We've had a custom field for "building" for a few years now, and while site is now essentially the same thing, I don't want to switch from using one field to the other. Honestly, the best bet would be to split up requester details so that each individual piece can be enabled or disabled. Thanks.

"Sort By" very useful for Reports
