I need to be able to associate a technician with a domain when I create the technician manually.  At the moment, it seems to only associate a domain if you do an AD import and then convert a requestor to a technician. 

 

Also, can someone explain to me the difference\benefits of using LDAP authentication rather than AD import and then passthru?
