Group management
Currently, ADManager Plus will only allow you to add one group to a user at a time during group management. I don't think we receive any request that requires us to only make one group change per user. Is there or will there be a way to add/remove multiple groups from users at one time. It would seem easy as to when you click on the add group link to bring up the search box that it would be check boxes instead of radial buttons. Check all the groups you and add them all at once. This will save helpdesk

CSV Bulk Import Automatically Feature???
Hello Apologies if this has already been mentioned, but I couldn't find anything. Currently a member of my team has to manaully import a CSV file for when we do a bulk updates on all users within Active Directory. Is there a method whereby this process can be automated? Can ADManager Plus just pull the CSV file from a network share and automatically import and update? If you could let me know I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks for all your help. James
Svchost.exe, memory utilization exceeds
Hi, We're running OpManager 8021. We are consistently seeing this alert which does not coincide with the threshold. The total amount does not add up to the threshold and usually svchost.exe is part of the mentioned services. Memory Utilization is 80%, threshold value for this monitor is 75%: Top 3 Processes:-dns.exe - 27%;lsass.exe - 6%;svchost.exe - 4%
Active Device Alerts Report
Can OPM8 be configured to send a daily report which contains all outstanding alerts, either for all, a category such as devices, or a subcategory, such as servers? If so, how?

Default dashboard Volumes with most Disk Usage widget is empty
I even tried editing it and selecting a business view to show and it is still empty. If I go to the servers in the business view the Disk Utilization pie chart is showing. How do I fix this?
past data disappeard after rediscovered the server
Hi. I'm using OpManager 6 (build 6015) Free, and surveil several servers and routers. I've got problem that past data of the server monitor had been disappeard, after I rediscovered the server. The server is domain controller, but since I don't have license for DC monitor, I was monitoring this server in "Server" category. Does anyone have any information about this issue ? Unable to get CLI credentials to work on Procurve switch
Hi. I have a trail version of OpManger Professional v8 build 8010. I am trying to get it to talk to one of our HP Procurve 2610 switches via CLI which I am hoping will give me more information than just using SNMP does. At the moment I am seeing no traffic stats for the switch ports at all. However, no matter how I try and configure CLI, it always fails the test authentication. I can Telnet in ok and I get the following prompts: Press an key to continue Username: Password: and then the switch name
Cannot access OpManager build 8020 admin url from external Laptop using IE 6 & 7
Hi all, Wondering if anybody has any experience with not being able to access OpManager build 8020 admin url using IE 6 & 7. I am able to access it using firefox ver 3.5. There is no firewall between the server hosting the opmanager and my laptop. Nothing was changed and the port was left as defautl (port 8060). Wonder if any body has hit this problems b4 or if anybody has any solutions. Thanks in advance. Willie.
Ability to modify Service Desk Column width for Requests and Solutions
For example, in the Solution module, the Subject text is cut off at appropriately 25 characters. Regardless if you remove fields to allow for more "real estate", the subject text is still truncated. Perhaps you can add the hover over on the subject like you have in the request view? Or allow for resizing of the column width in the view? Thanks!

Dear Support Team, before we update the opmanager we had a report that shows us: - the name of the printer - the ip-address - the printed pages after the update the opmanager shows us no more the ip address. I have the polling interval down to 1 minute on my monitors (it would be great if I could go lower in some cases) which is ok, the problem I am having is with the historical data it seams to average this out over one hour. Granular reporting
Hi there, I would like to get some more granular reports out of App Manager than the hourly reports that are currently available. In particular, I have configured an attribute of a JBoss monitor to capture the number of active sessions every 5 minutes. I would like to be able to report on this attribute in such a way that I can see how the number of active sessions increased or decreased over say a 2 hour period. Simply having an hourly average is not very helpful when we are doing load testing
Customize Colum Width
The ability to customize the individual column width and text field length. At the moment there’s lots of wasted horizontal space, and the text itself doesn't fill the entire column, it’s just really messy;
SLA Due By Date
Hi, Can someone please tell me how to turn the due by date off? We have set SLA''s based on groups, and it says any request matching the above rules must be resolved by....and then you must state a time. This time is populating out due by date. However we want to do this manually, so techncians can manage their work load. How can I do this?

Search Solution
Hi, I found a bug when I try to search a solution in the Resolution page: after I type something and click on Search button, the results appears in the filter bellow the search, but when I click in a subject, nothing happens and I can't see this solution. EventLog analyzer 5 : alerts doesn't work at all !!!!
Hi Everyone ! We have a production version of EventLog Analyzer 5. We have a issue regarding the alerts !!! I add all our DCs to the ELA (EventLog Analyzer) and I configured an alert called test to send me email when ELA collects the event ID 7035 from windows EventLog/System ( just For test) ( I know that windows log that event ID one a service is restarted). I set up the alert to send me an email when it collects that event ID but nothing happened. no alerts showing in th alerts section, no email
Question about Incident Cost
Is there a way to add the cost of supplies or materials to the Incident Cost? If we have to replace a hard drive for example, we would like that cost to be included in the total Incident Cost.

Custome Reports not showing correct Log Info
Hi, have been trying out eventlog anayzer 5, and noticed suddenly it has stopped reporting the error category from the event logs of all machines. The erros are there as they can be seen from teh console, but when error only ticked where for 60 mins or a day, it always comes back with no results, even though there should be. Warning and Information alerts all appear. Have tried reports, system restarts, chaning the filtering but no joy. Any ideas ? thanks
db backup issue
Hello, We're running Opmanager build 7205 with Mysql and would like to convert to SQL. When I ran db backup it generated a number of errors (attached) then hung, so I terminated the operation. I then ran db repair which generated a number of errors similar to this: "myisamchk: warning: 2 clients is using or hasn't closed the table properly". I then rebooted the server and tried dbbackup and dbrepair again, both gave me the same errors. Other than that Opmanager appears to be running correctly. I

User Change Password and password policy requirements
I am testing ADSelfService Plus and I cannot get the Change Password feature to work. I enter the "Old Password" and the "New Password" following all complexity, age and history requirements but I always get the error below. I have tested this on a new account that doesn't have a password history (except for the current password) and I still get the same error. The password does not meet the password policy requirements.
