After logging into ADManager plus and clicking the links below, I find that the street address field is missing from the Available Attributes section in the Customise Attributes window. Running ADManager Plus version 5 build 5031 on server 2008 R2 standard. When I go to export a report (no matter what format) I get the following error message. "Unable to download Report.do from local host. Unable to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later." Locking requests in SDP
I see on the forum that there have been some comments regarding the locking of requests, which will stop 2 analysts trying to edit the same request at the same time. I think the first time it was mentioned was back in 2007 and it was suggested that this would be looked in to. Is it possible to use a single e-mail address as the reply-to address for requests? i.e. When we reply to a request via SDP-MSP the e-mail message has a reply-to address that is the support e-mail address that is associated with the Account for that request. OpManager MYSQL server does not start
Hello, I had to shutdown Opamanger and restart it again this morning, since it was not responding. However, when I now try to start the service, it says DBServer failed. Real-time monitor on high speed links
We are finding that the real-time monitors work well for slower speed links like a T-1 but for high speed links with say 15 megabits of traffic the chart jumps wildly. It will spike up to 200 megabits per second for one second and the next nothing then the next second back to 200 megabits per second. What are you using to find the interface speed per poll? Are you assuming a packet is 1500 bytes? Some of our links move a great deal of packets but they are VoIP packets so they are 64 bytes each.

OpManager service will not start
I have installed OpManager 8 on a Windows 2008 R2 server. Every time that I try and start the service it instantly fails. This message appears in the event viewer. "The ManageEngine OpManager service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 2 time(s)." I have fully uninstalled the software, rebooted the server and installed the software again. Still the issue occurs. Any ideas?

announcements not working fully since patching to 8012

I have to create a report that includes the names of all users along with 3 of the custom fields that I have created, labelled "Password Question", "Password Answer" and "Password Hint". New problem window not closed after save
When a new problem ticket is created and the save button is clicked the screen doesn't change there for the user is unsure if the ticket has been created. Previously when the save button was clicked the window returned to the problem list. This issue has occurred since we upgraded from 7011 to 7504.

Opmanager not detecting MS Exchange / SQL server machines

Opmanager is detecting my Domain controller machines correctly and showing it under active directory tab and showing all active directory services. But it is not detecting my exchange server machines ( CAS , MAILBOX ) , Opmanger show them like a normal machine and dont show any Exchange server dashboard and services. We have made the rules so we can see a lot of traps in order to define what trap processors we need. Then we will reduce them to only the needed ones. Other TRAPS are received by OP-Manager from CISCO and NETAPP devices in this period. After 12 hours no TRAPS are listed from this server (VM) in the UNSOLICITED.
