Hi,

if a device is down, i get sms to my mobile (email 2 sms)...

but i get 1 sms and that is it.

Is there a way to configure OPmanager to send you an alert every 5 minutes untill alarm is cleared?

 

i have thought about setting up the escalation to achieve that but you cannot configure the paramaters in the escalation... and it  it a bit confusing...
