Workflow and Syslog alerts issue
Hi, I have set-up a number of Workflows to alert me when a certain syslog message comes in from our routers, i have created two syslog rules , one for when the log contains the text "neighbour DOWN" and "neighbour UP", this tells me if i have a drop on one of my links across our WAN. Difference in scheduled reports and manual report Data
Hi Team, Am using Netflow 7.7.0 EE. I have a scheduled report extraction of Consolidated Link Utilization report, and I am receiving those reports regularly. I have compared the scheduled report with the manual report selected for the same time period and found it completely different. I have attached both the manual and automated reports (pdfs) along with this thread. Kindly let me know the why the difference in the report? Thanks Jayanth

Hi, I have installed a PMP v6.5.0 server. I have installed the agent on my Windows 7 laptop. There is 2 users in this ressource. The ressource is correctly created in PMP server but no user is created. Can you help me to solve this problem? Thanks. Marc
Managing accounts in the same domain by different administrators
We work in team and needs to add user accounts of the same domain into Password Manager. Once I create a resource with the name DOMAIN1 and add several accounts I manage in DOMAIN1 my colleague will fail to create a resource called DOMAIN1 as it is already created under my user. Is it possible for him to add users to the DOMAIN1 resource I created or should he create a separate resource with a different name?

How to seup exchange/business units?
Hi, Can anyone please explain how to setup the mail accounts for the different business units? So far I have got business unit A with email address a@hoya.eu and business unit B with email address b b@hoya.eu. If I send a request to business unit A, it arrives and I get confrimation. But if I send an mail to business unit B, nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong or did I miss something? Thanks, Allistair

Hi, I've receiving an error when trying to deploy software through Service Desk "Unable to create task. Selected domain is not available in DC.", I can deploy to users without any issues, but trying to deploy to Workstations causes this error. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Jonny

Hello, I'm trying to create a Custom Query Report to show how many calls we receive during specific time periods of the day. For example: How many calls we receive: From 8-9 a.m. From 9-10 a.m. From 11-12 noon, etc. I'm also trying to group it by Category to know what type of calls come in during those times. For example, Are they all password resets, or logon failures, etc.? I can only seem to create a report to show how many calls per DAY we receive but I need to know the times these calls are
Problem monitoring log file
Hello, i have a problem with notification allert for monitor of log file. I have some log file where any day refresh from some script but the system send me the allerts with this message: "La data file del monitoraggio DRNODO3RidondanzaNasServerNT è 0 minuti, e viola la soglia di 1 giorni" translated in English "The date file of the monitoring <Title> is 0 minute and violates the threshold of 1 day" this is have no sense because 0 minute is <= 1 day that i have setted for the limit of threshold.

MAC-addresses in assets
I have two servers with RRaS service installed. Virtual VPN Adapter always uses MAC=00:53:45:00:00:00, so i have two servers with same MAC. I can switch off identification by MAC, but in this case when i reinstall office computer under another network name i will have two computers in assets -- one with old name and one with new. When try to connect many computers appears the menssage in the console ERROR Connection refused: connect. I don´t understand this message because not have help. PostMaster Strange Behavior
It is strange that we keep on receiving Post Master Exchange mail on the service desk with undeliverable notification as its subject but I think the original mail have been successfully delivered to its recipient. It is flooding the service desk and our database as well. Any Idea what causes this strange problem? Thanks,
Possible to view original e-mail used to create a ticket?
Is it possible to view the original e-mail used to auto create a request? ServiceDesk Plus does a nice job creating the request. It would nice if the original message headers were visible in a history or some other section.

Unable to send external mails via servicice desk
We need to send PO to Vendors outside our domain(external mails) but efforts in doing so has proved futile. Changing the Vendors email address to any of our local mail addresses work perfectly but whenever we try sending to another domain an error pop up "sending notification failed". However exchange is working perfectly. Thinking it could be the anti-virus we tried running it on a machine without an anti-virus but it still failed. Kindly assist in rectifying this issue.

AddMonitor REST call for servers does not support SSH key-based login
Hi, My company uses the latest AppManager. The AddMonitor REST call does not support SSH key-based login, whereas in the UI I can specify SSH username and private key. This makes the REST call AddMonitor useless for me. Is this going to be fixed in the near future? Cheers, Erwin

Hi, I was very disappointed in using the REST API because it breaks the RESTful paradigm in many ways. The methods are specified as part of URLs, whereas methods should be HTTP methods POST, PUT, GET, DELETE and such. URLs should be composed of verbs like "monitor" or "alarm" rather than function names like "AddMonitor". Result values should be HTTP return codes.
