I am unable to fetch emails/tickets to SD+ console... please find the error below.

 

the user's inbox is working fine.. i can view the emails inside inbox and also i can send. but when i am creating a ticket via outlook am not getting ticket in SD+ console.

 

the build version is 8109

 

please help me...
