We still have issues over 60 machines with Patch ID 10428
The initial problem was that the patch was always showing that it needed to be installed, even after being installed.
A call was logged on Fri 29th June and on Monday 02 July we were asked to decline the patch while a fix was prepared.
On Tue 03 July
we got an email to say that the problem was fixed and requesting we update the patch DB and rescan the machines.
We tried this but now have a strange problem where the list of Highly Vulnerable Machines shows over 60 computers still requiring this patch but when we go to the system details of the individual machines the patch is not shown as required.
I updated the call with this info but didnt get a response.
The patch DB is updated daily and machines were rescanned yesterday but the problem is still there. I emailed support this morning requesting an update and received a reply saying the issue as already been fixed as previously communicated. But the issue is not fixed, 61 machines are still mis-reporting.
Could you arrange a remote session for me to demonstrate the problem again?
