I have created a new Device Template for Fortigate 310B and 3016B and created new monitors for the CPU Utilization .1.3.6.1.4.1.12356.101.4.1. 3.0 Memory Utilization .1.3.6.1.4.1.12356.101.4.1. 4.0 Active Connection Count .1.3.6.1.4.1.12356.1.10.0 I have tested the monitors and they are working fine and retrieving data however the gauges for CPU Utilization, Memory Utilization and Active Connection Count are not displaying anything. I have added to the opmanager_snapshot_dial.xml the bellow entries
Opman Tab error (9200)
Hi! I updated Opman from 9101 to 9200 yesterday and since then I am having problems on updating tabs for the interface. Infact there are no tabs there at all for any user including admin. Is there a way to restore the original tabs? When I try to put tabs there and save the applications prompts Error and nothing more. Do you have any suggestions on how to solve this problem? AJP (mod_jk) port configuration
I would like to use Apache HTTPS server to proxy ServiceDesk outside our firewall (for contract support people, home, and blackberry access.) I have several Tomcat/JBoss applications that I proxy through Apache's mod_jk 1.3 (Jakarta Connector) module. This works well because 1) it uses an alternate port that directly connects to the application, 2) it handles variable (POST & GET) well, 3) it's faster than mod_proxy, 4) it introduces few problems than mod_proxy, and 5) it can be on HTTPS port 443
OpManager - Widget/Dashboard faults
Unable to see "core routers, switches, routers etc" in the Infrastructure snapshot on the Home, Overview dashboard. When i click edit It shows them in there but fails to display in the actual overview. Tried to add a new Widget and get the error "Error Type: LoadXLM, Description: Incorrect XML" when i click ok, the error goes away but i can't add any widgets.
Enable Account Combo-Box when Editing Request

MySQL to MS SQL Migration for Applications Manager
Hi, Is it possible to migrate data from an existing Applications Manager installation using Mysql to use an MS SQL Server backend instead? (backup and restore or something similar?) Alternatively, even if some of the historical data was lost, is it possible to export all monitors and config to a csv, and reimport after switching to a SQL backend? Cheers, James

I have encountered an issue when editing the service catalog and trying to edit the fields where when I use Chrome it won't allow me to edit any text box fields. But if I switch over to Internet Explorer I have no problem. This only seems to be an issue in the service catalog area as I can use Chrome to create new incidents when they come in without any issues. Thanks,

I'm involved in a new project at my company that will give support to English, Spanish and Portuguese speaking countries. The main concern we have at the moment is how can we provide the Service Catalog in those 3 languages. One of the solution was to directly edit categories as Networking/ Redes / Rede, but we would end up with very long strings and we don't like how it looks. We are aiming for simplicity. Business View
I have recently upgraded to the latest version of OpManager and it seems to have effected my Business View. It is only a simple view with 3 locations, but the box is very big and messes up my dashboard view. Is there a way to change the size of the box? I have attached a picture to show what I mean. Hi We recently upgraded to SD+ MSP 7.6 and have noticed some changes which we don't know how to fix. In version 7513, we had a POP mailbox which had multiple aliases pointed to it for all our accounts. client1@ company.com --> servicedesk@company.com client2@ company.com --> servicedesk@company.com client3@ company.com --> servicedesk@company.com This worked fine for us, most clients would email their specific account email address, and for those who sent an email directly to the servicedesk@company.com

Can you apply a Rule Engine to existing devices
Hi I have created a few rules using the Rule Engine, and it works nicely for new devices. For example I have created a new rule that adds a bunch of Windows service monitors to some of our servers. Now I would like to add those services to some of the existing devices. In stead of using the Quick Configuration Wizard to add the services one by one it would be nice to just apply the rule to my existing devices. Is that possible (Without deleting and readding the devices)?
All contacts are not sorted
After the recent hotfix, click Contacts and they are not sorted. You cannot click on the field to sort. The only place it is sorted is if you click on the specific letter of the alphabet.

Pie Chart in Contracts Report
When I run a Contracts report, the pie chart on the first page shows parts of the total number of contracts. I would like to have the pie chart show the total value by Company Name. I don't know how to change that with the EDIT report function. But maybe there is a way?

Installing DC clients over multiple Samba Domains
Hi, I'm managing about 16 remote sites each with around 10 - 30 client PC's on each. The domain controller is linux based and I don't have any windows servers available to host a Distribution server, so I'm using the 'Direct Communication' method.. Which is fine. I can install the agents fine and everything works well. My problem is that we are constantly adding and removing new and old machines to these various domains. deleted business rules still working
Hi I have deleted 3 business rules, but they still seems to be active. I have also looked in the RuleDefinition table and they are not there. I have restarted service desk server as well, but the rules still executes. Any idea's?
