Problem Changing timezone to America/Caracas

Hi,

I'm testing Application Manager on a linux computer, but we are having some difficulties with the time displayed on the application.

I’m from Venezuela so, at the startApplicationManager.sh, I’m adding the following parameter “-.timezone=America/Caracas” but it seems to be working, but not correctly, since our timezone is -430, but it appears to be using -400 instead, witch was Venezuela’s Timezone a few years back, but not anymore.

I investigated a little bit over the internet and found that probably the fact that the java preinstalled on the server is version 1.5, but everytime I try to change the JAVA_HOME parameter at the startApplicationManager.sh and setEnv.sh I get an error starting mysql.

I will appreciate any help you can give me to fix this issue
