When adding installations on a server the additional services (automatic start mode) should automatically being monitored by AM. Is this possible? Should i create a template with wildcards? RMM Central (Build 10.3.12) Timezone is wrong
Hello, I have a problem with the time zone in RMM Central. Although the Windows time shows 20 o'clock, RMM Central shows 11 o'clock. When I installed RMM Central, I had selected the wrong time zone, but I corrected this using timedate.cpl in Windows.

We have technician auto-assigned enabled. This is supposed to kick in when a ticket is created or edited and it works fine for the most part. In the 'Requests' view, each request line has a dropdown where a ticket can be quickly reassigned to a technician
