Dear All,
We have around 1000+ Incident and Service Requests records assigned to a Support Group and we would like to rename the Support group name. The Support Group is currently being used in our Business Rules, Request Lie-cycle, and on Request Time Action.
If we re-named the Support group, does this causes any impact because it is being used in above mentioned Automations?
