How can I disable the notifications/the little bell in the upper left. It's quite annoying feature, especially when technicians are updating thie tickets. I'm sure its a check-mark , but I'm just not seeing it in the config.
DNS Name changes duplicated the devices
Hi, I am running OP-Manager version 10000. I have ~65 routers discovered through the IP subnet. The DNS name was correctly discovered when the routers were added. The routers have notification profiles and customization applied as well as part of many business views with links. I have a nightly re-discover workflow applied on all routers. Yesterday the DNS name of all the routers was changed. Same devices, same IP's, but the DNS name changed to another domain. This morning (after the automatic rediscovery),

I am trying to run a user modify report that doesn't just show who was modified & when & by whom, but also what was modified. I am not seeing what column is applicable to add in this report to get what I need. Is there a different report or am I overlooking something? Thank you, Joelyn

We are currently working with Build 8203 and it is synching with Active Directory 2003, with a domain account. Single access log on (network authentication) and asset scans are working. I'd like to use Purchase management, but can't. First of all, I don't know how to send purchase bill to approve, this person isn't a technician, it's a requester. I have a 10-20 people how is responsible for approving, depending on site. Secondly, after approve, I need to forward this bill to an accountant (better with email notify and bill attachment. Problems display missing patches
Hello, after the update from build 260 to 279 the missing patches are not displayed correctly. In the menu item: "Patch Mgmt" -> "All Patches" the slider "Missing Patches" display "6" in brackets, but in the "Patch View" no patches are displayed. The same in the "Computer View". Is it possible to use a patch template with automatic updates? For example, I need to perform automatic updates on a particular Remote Office and Domain and deploy the patches provided: 1. during 90 minute refresh (or at startup - which ever I select) 2. Allow user to skip deployment 3. Allow user to skip reboot 4. Display a custom reboot message. I can do all these for software but not automatic patch deployments. Am I missing something or can this feature set be added in future
Chat - can't select machine when user is logged into more than one computer
When I use the chat tool, for some users, I can view a dropdown list of machines they are logged into and select the machine I want to connect to. For other users, I can view a partial dropdown without any machines listed. There doesn't seem to be any pattern. For most users, I can view the machine dropdown, but this is a problem if I am remote controlling one of the machines they are logged into, and I need to communicate with them.

Changing SLA once a call has been logged
Hi I have a requirement whereby we sometimes need to change an SLA mid ticket, our scenario is that if a site visit is required we would like the SLA to start again with a 4 hour response (this is our SLA to attend site). I can't select a new SLA once the call is logged, can this be done? I thought linking service category's to SLA's and changing them might work but while the service category's can be changed the corresponding SLA's do not. Any ideas how I can achieve this? Thanks Ian
why are the costs (in hours and money) not exposed to the PROJECTS report?
I want to build a report that takes all the projects in a status of SCHEDULED and tells me the estimated hours and estimated costs for budgeting and planning. But for some reason those fields are not exposed in the report wizard, nor is the project schema available in the query report section. How would I go about doing this? (and why is there not sub-forms in support for projects or Query Report-Projects?)
Unpicked notifications not being sent following upgrade to 7925
Hi, We upgrade to 7925 two weeks ago and it appears that, since the upgrade, we're no longer receiving group notifications for incidents which haven't been assigned to anyone (i.e. they're unpicked). We purchased Service Desk Plus MSP because it was the perfect fit for what we are trying to accomplish. However, we also purchased with the understanding that it would be very close to the feature set that is in Service Desk Plus. Unable to fetch values from ServiceDesk PLUS. I do have a current support request but I haven't heard anything since yesterday, I figured I may get some assistance from here while I wait. I would like to get this back to working condition as soon as possible. Servicedesk (DNS NAME)= Crest-NOC (Server Name) = 180.200.100.30 ServiceDesk PLUS is running on port 80. OpManager is running on port 8060. This was working until recently, no changes made. I am running the latest version of both applications.
Memory & Disk Utilization does not show info - OPManager 10200
Please Help, my company just bought the new OPManage 10.20, and we are almost ready to go out for Production, but we found that the memory an disk utilization Dials does no show nothing. Looks like it does not update data, but if you Test Monitor it works, then shows the dial, but just once, not automatically.

Hello-- I noticed this morning that some of the dashboard features like a device's drive availability had broken links, the notification profiles were no longer associated with the monitored devices, etc. I asked our server admin to restart the machine that hosts OpManager and has the below information and questions.
