Reports: Field format changes when saved with Query editor?
We are using SD plus 8.2.0 Build 8212. in Reports, I run a report thats get formatted as expected. When opening the Query editor for making an adjustment to the Query, the Query editor mess up the field format for one particular field. Please note that this happens as soon as I save the Query regardless if I make any Changes or not. I discovered this while trying to modify a specific fields number formatting. This is the Query thats works fine in SD plus as long as I dont re-save it in Query editor

Hi, I'm having trouble getting an email account to work in SDP. I can get it to work fine in Mozilla Thunderbird so I know the account is ok. It is an IMAP(S) and SMTP(S) account using STARTTLS and Authentication method is Normal Password. In the SDP logs I get... javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Unrecognized SSL message, plaintext connection? ...I did a search of these forums and couldnt find a similar error anywhere. I tried the workaround I found where if the certificate is selfsigned you run a batch

Problem with monitoring a device
Hi, I'm needing help how to trobleshooting the monitoring system relation to devices. Any devices on my company has been monitoring. However, others hasn't. The devices that hasn't been monitoring, the SNMP service is running. However, the monitor didn't monitoring the servers. Crashplan Pro.e Remote Full Install for Active Directory
I'm trying to figure out a way to remote install Crashplan Pro E using the desktop central software deployment feature. We currently run an Active Directory which Crashplan already ties into and reads. Currently if you deploy Crashplan remotely, the user computer pops a notification that requires you to sign in using the users AD credentials which has to be done by hand. I have looked through Crashplan documentation and have been unable to find anything that would help me. I have also searched Google

Forbidden characters in FullName-Field while creating a new user account
Hi all, i create a default user creation template with a naming format like '%sn%, %givenName%' to set the FullName equal to DisplayName. But if i want to chnage the tab or create the new user, ADManager gives me the message '"Full name" value should not contain these characters: / \ [ ] : ; | = , + * ? < > @ "'. But if i create a user manually in the Microsoft User and Computer Management Console with this format there is no error displayed. So is it possible to user a character like a comma? Thanks

Hello, I would like to propose the addition of the row count next to the view. We currently have several different views our Support Reps switch between. It would be nice to see if there were actual items that needed addressing before having to switch views. I get the error "Warranty Details cannot be fetched because the given details are wrong" when looking up Model 7269D2U, SN MJ20509. We have a AIX server monitor, where there are some File monitors (section "Monitors in this system"). The Health status for one of these File monitors has the status critical. SDP Dashboard for Technicians
Hi How can I get the dashboard to auto-refresh? The user guide states: "The Dashboard is a visual display of real-time information, consolidated and arranged in a single view so that it can be easily monitored" yet as far as I can tell, it only refreshes if you press f5 or come out / in. I want to be able to display this on a monitor on the wall, so it gives all in the team a real-time view of what is happening from a stats point of view. Any ideas, please?
Alarm not clear after hitting rearm value
Hi, I received an alarm for Memory utilisation. I have rebooted the server, and the memory utilisation is reduced. It is also shown in the device snapshot screen - the Memory Utilization meter. But the alarm is not cleared, although it has reach the rearm value. May I know why? Thanks.

Hi, I am looking for a MSSQL query that would show me what changes and requests were closed (within last quarter) with no time spent or work log entry. If someone could help me, that would be great. Issue with importing requests into ServiceDesk Plus
I have setup a new installation of ServiceDesk Plus. When I import an xls file contain all the requests from our old (not servicedesk) into SD all imports fine except that the Completed Date and Resolved Date, which I have mapped to a closed date do not import correctly. The date that is logged is from the date and time that I imported the requests e.g. yesterday. Is there a fix for this? I have put these dates in the same format that is required when importing the Created Date which imports correctly.
Exchange Reporter Plus - Message Age
Is it possible (with Exchange Reporter Plus) to run a report and show message age for each user's mailbox on Exchange 2003? It would be nice if I could generate a report to show messages up to 7 days old, 7-30, 30-60, 60-90, 90+ for each user's mailbox (or something like that). Is that doable with Exchange Reporter Plus? Gina and windows 8.1
We have deployed Gina via GPO, as we were having difficulty to install from the web tool for all users. This works great for all Windows 7 & 8 users, but seems to install for Windows 8.1 user but doesnt show up on the lock screens any body can help?
