We are running OpManager 11.1 build #11100.

We will be creating a custom dashboard to be displayed on a small section of a large screen for our Service Desk to view.

We would like to be able to shorten some of the default unavailability alarm messages so that the alarms fit in the available screen space.

e.g. 

shorten "Device not responding: Probably down or busy" to "Device not responding"

shorten "Probable device failure: No response from device for last 3 polls" to "Probable device failure:"

shorten "Device Down: No response from device for last 5 polls" to "Device Down"

Is this possible to achieve?
