SQL 2008 R2 view creation

SQL 2008 R2 view creation

Hi, 

I would like to create an SQL view within my SQL 2008 R2 console in ServiceDesk database. I can see that there's already one called "sdp_DateDiff". Is it ok if I create other ones, will it not be erased in case of an upgrade? Thanking you in advance for your reply.
