Need Custom Report
I need a customer Audit History report that shows workstation changes matching only certain criteria (e.g. Name Change, software installs) but the only option i see if to report all workstation changes, which is overly detailed. The report shows 44 pages of changes just for a 24 hour period. This is too much to be useful. How can i customize the types of changes and limit to to only certain changes?

Un-Able to set requestor as Service Request approver
I need to be able to have selected requesters have the ability to approve service requests. We have the enterprise version and the check box is there and checked but greyed out. And they are not approvers. Even though the greyed out check box is checked. I need to be able to give them this permission and should be able to. All assistance appreciated.

Opmanager Login - Remember Password, I would like this to NOT be checked by default
Hi we do not want passwords of any website to be cached on a users computer. Having to always uncheck it when I open opmanager in a web browser is annoying, and further, I would like to remove the "save password" option from the opmanager login on our install. Can you remove this from being the default option? I'm not asking you to remove the option, just not have it always checked by default. Security should not be the more difficult choice. Thank you
VMWare 5/5.5 guest name
Hi all, Anyone have any idea why my VMWare guest names are changing to something like this "%2fvmfs%2fvolumes%2f4f5941d4-77222e16-557b-984be1050848%2fCTX3%2fCTX3.vmx" after being vmotioned by DRS or HA? We are running vSphere 5.5, but it also occurred in vSphere 5. Opmanager 11100. I can change the names back and have done several times, but once a machine is vmotioned the name changes back again. As of now all if any of the jobs fail the health status becomes critical. I do NOT want this to occur. I need only specific jobs to affect the health status. Avaya ERS Platform SNMP query for Memory Utilization from Free Memory Percentage
The Avaya ERS platform provides % free memory from oid ".1.3.6.1.4.1.45.1.6.3.8.1.1.9", this value will return 98, or whatever the percentage of free memory is. I can't figure out how to go from free memory to memory utilization. I would do (100-.1.3.6.1.4.1.45.1.6.3.8.1.1.9) but the query doesn't respond - it appears that OpManager requires oid first. Using (.1.3.6.1.4.1.45.1.6.3.8.1.1.9-100) also doesn't respond - it appears OpManager doesn't like negative values 98 - 100 = -2. How do I enter this?

Is it possible to monitor Azure VMs from an on premesis OpManager? Since the VM IPs in Azure are dynamic can you use hostnames? e.g myserver.cloudapp.net

under the administration tab i see that its possible to create additional fields in the users section. is it possible to create additional fields under the helpdesk menu as well? I would like to add a field that is called "root cause" which would be a drop down list of various causes defined by our business groups. we are currently on version 8.2.0 build 8212 if this is not possible on our version, but is on version 9 please also let us know so that we can move forward with the upgrade. ServiceDesk agent info
We recently have installed ServiceDesk Pro i believe, the agent is being pushed out via group policy to all machines within out domain. All or most Windows 7 machines will show up and i can get all hardware and software info. Windows XP machines are a different story.....nothing will show. Guess what i need to know is what services need to be enabled through GP and or is there a different approach i should be taking? CAL licensing
How is CAL licensing handled? We would like to track out Exchange CAL licensing. I have created a license and selected the CAL license type using the per mailbox option. How do we attach the CAL to a mailbox in the Exchange server? We would like to track the number of CAL's versus the number of mailboxes existing on the Excahnge server to insure we are within licensing compliance. We also would like to track CAL licensing for SQL server, Windows server, Lync Server, and SharePoint.
F5 Load Balancer and ADSelfservice Password
Hi, I am trying to set up a F5 Reverse Proxy for ADSelfservice Plus to access the HTTP webpage. The F5 would offload the SSL certificate while sending HTTP traffic to the node (port 8888). For some reason I cannot get it to work, do you have any documentation on allowing this feature to happen? I've tried editing the server.xml to and included the proxyName and proxyPort but to no avail. Thanks, -Rich
Report Subject field.
Is it possible to change the Subject line in any of the Reports that can be setup in the Scheduled reports section? All I see in the Subject line is "ADSelfService Plus Reports" I want to change that Subject line if possible.
Gina/Credential Provider in Trial
Does the GINA/Credential Provider work in the trial version? This is the main feature I wanted to check out before making a purchasing decision and it is not working on my Windows 8.1 workstation. Several installs and several reboots have not resolved the issue. Thank you, Bob

Good Day! I want to see all closed tasks in the bottom of the task list. But when i choose "sort tasks by status" task order column goes crazy. Is it possible to sort "task order" ascending when i choose "sort tasks by status"? As of now it is sorted by task ID.
Accounts restricted to certain machines using the "Account / Log On To / The following computers"
So after some troubleshooting I found that accounts that need to be limited to logon to only certain workstations do not work in ADSelfService Plus. The workaround is to add the ADSelfService Plus server as a second machine under Account / Log On To / The following computers Is there an alternative workaround as this is causing some internal security compliance issues. ADAudit not showing computer Hostname
I am testing out the trial version of ADAudit plus and set it up last week so it could gather some data. Now I want to run some reports to show my boss and other administrative staff and it seems many of our computers (mostly wireless ones) are not resolving a host name. Some get an IP and others get a weird IP that has ::ffff: in front of it and I am unsure why. Please see attached picture to see what I am referring too. Specific GPO setting Report
Is it possible to run a Group Policy Report where you can specify a single policy setting and get a list of statuses for that setting in all the GPO's that you have on the system? Then be able to use AD Manager to add a specific policy setting to all the GPO's you specify. If not, can you put this as a feature request please. thanks
Hide Admin Page Login Page Issue
I have found that when I hide the Admin login page, the section where a user enters their credentials is missing. If I hit refresh, the credentials section now displays but the rest of the customized login page is gone. Here is the initial look when hitting the page. After installing SSL certificate
Hello, So I went through the process of installing the SSL Certificate and I finished going through the instructions. Before I did that, I also changed the port for SSL to 443. Now I'm trying to access the website for ADSelfService Plus to log in and see if the certificate is working but it will not let me to the site. It is saying this page cannot be displayed. Is there something I should be doing differently to acces the site? Thanks

We installed the ADSelfServicePlusMacLoginAgent.pkg and also gave a server name and restarted the MAC OSX 10.6.8 but the interface of the utility does not come up in the login screen. Any idea if this package is compatible with this OS version? I have a issue that it does not work on MAC Please provide a solution
IE Proxy setting unchecked
We installed ADSelfService Plus 5.0 build 5041 and started rolling it out to the users. We found that after the users enrolled, the Proxy server setting in IE was unchecked letting them free access to the internet. Has anyone else seen this?
