Unable to login
Hi, I have installed Opmanager v11.3. Was able to successfully install it with default configuration and Postgresql. The login page appears when I use http://localhost. But as I input the default username and password the page hangs there and gets blank. The top of page shows License Activation and hangs there till eternity. Could someone please help tell why this is happening and what is solution for this?

Customize enrollment email
Hi, I need to edit my enrollment email notification and am unable to find where to do this. I did it prior to the latest upgrade, but for the life of me, can no longer find the text I need to edit. Following the enrollment notification directions here (http://www.manageengine.com/products/self-service-password/help/admin-guide/index.html) did not help. A second issue is that new users can now change their passwords without enrolling first, and I have the option checked to force enrollment.
Cannot exit Multi-Factor Authentication Security Password questions screen
Hi, When I browse to Multi-factor Authentication > Question Settings > Edit Questions ... the screen pops up and shows the list administrator defined questions. However, I cannot close this screen once it has popped up. Even if I make a change to one of the questions and click save, I still cannot close the screen. Hi, I need an info: I've copied an event log archive generated by eventlog analyzer, then I've uploaded it into it again, but how can I know if the archive has been corrupted/modified by someone? I though that encrypting the archive meant that with the log archive is generated another file with a kind of "hash" code or something similar, so when uploading it into another event log analyzer I could have known if the archive has been corrupted or modified by someone. Business Rules for 9016
Hello, Do business rules over ride templates? ex. We have templates that got to certain groups in different Support Roles. If I were to setup a business rule in the site to make all tickets originating from the site to go to that site support group would it overwrite the template if it was used to send the ticket to a different support group. Hi, Since we have installed DesktopCentral MSP v. 9.0.0 with Build No.:90043, we realized that some options have disappeared from the control panel. First, logging with the customer admin user, there are no button to remove computers from the list. This option only appears with the admin user. Also, there aren't option to create dynamic groups neither the option to create a new configuration. Are there any patch to solve this or which solution? Thanks!!!
Business rules at closed change rather than stage
I'm not sure why we can implement business ruled but they can only be verified when the change is about to be completed as opposed to the stage those specific rules are in, this is a nusiance for someone who has to go back to the stage in question and go through the entire change to complete again. Besides the stage who never have been approved if that specific business rule was not met.
SD Roles question

I created a custom role to grant that permission, but I only see to grant it manually. I had hoped I could modify the SDGuest role to accomplish the same result, but it appears to be read-only. 1. Computers are all selected by Default in Tools>Remote Shutdown
We use the Restart Now feature to restart specific PCs. Recently, all the PCs in our system are automatically checked when opening the Remote Shutdown windows. Happens in all browsers (IE, FF and Chrome). This selection crosses pages and it appears ALL PCS are selected. Is this some admin setting somewhere that we changed and can change back? SDP 9.1 Searching in Solutions doesn't work as intended

Only 1 example: I have 2 articles about WIFI, in both articles is the keyword "WIFI" used. Yet i only get 1 article when i use a search on "WIFI", not both articles as it should be. Sometimes we need to change the manafacture in Maintenance agreements, but we are unable to modify the field. We have to delete the agreement and recreate it. the administrator has to recreate it, is there any way you can give us access to modify it, sometimes there are many attachments associated to the licence.

when replying to calls in SDP, the email is sent back to the call requester but the call is not being updated with that correspondence. Instead it pops up a message saying X FAILURE :Invalid Request ID. The disks on our server are not full. I have generated the logs support file on our system . Hi, I want to know what kind of alert of script monitoring? I have already added script in opmanager and its working fine. Pass-through Login with Windows Surface?
Windows 7 is our standard office OS, but we have one person who uses a Surface. I have Pass-through logins working fine for everyone except him. He logs into the network the same as everyone else but he still gets the login screen when accessing SDP. Are there any tips on getting it to recognize his credentials? Or maybe a change in settings is necessary on his end?
Service Account Locked Out
Good Day, We are using OpManager 11200 to monitor our servers and website urls using WMI. For the last 3 to 4 weeks the service account which we use gets locked out at irregular times and we get 100 of mails stating that the servers and urls are down. The account gets locked out every 2 to 3 days. If the wrong account details were added on one of the URL monitors, would OpManager not lock the account out constantly, instead this happens at irregular time intervals and days apart. Please assist

Problem search function request catalog

We merged the Incident Catalog and the Service Catalog, and the users noticed us that the incidents cannot be searched through request catalog. The incident templates appears correctly onto their respective service category, but when they search for a template, the result shows only for service request.
