I'm unable to set Google Maps. I'm using this link as reference:

  On step 1 when I click on "click here" link, there is a pop-up a new window saying me " Assign Locations For Routers" but there is no map. 've not been asked to  Sign up for the Google Maps API.

  The Netflow Server has access to internet and I'm using version 9.7 Build Number 9700, license Essential.
