Problem deploying image in Os Deploy 4
I just upgrade my osdeploy 3 to 4. After the upgrade i tried a deploy of a workstation (Dell Optiplex 7010). It fails directly. Same Image as the one I used in the 3. Also same machine that has succeeded with Osdeploy3 .I have also included the log file. please advise Kind Regards Tim Verduyn
CC'd user can't access request
We are finding that when a user submits a request, and they cc someone else into the email to create the request, that the cc'd user doesn't have access to the request when they try following the link in the email they receive. How can we fix this?
Stop timer missing under action tab

Copy templates / Re-organizing of service requests
Hello, I performed a search and saw that there was no option to "move" service requests but the template could be copied and placed into a different category. I cannot find a copy template button anywhere. Can you point me in the right direction? Also, is the feature to re-organize available yet? Thanks, Travis

Hi. Is it possible to get request template attributes/values ? When using the function getFieldList with field = requestTemplate returns all templates with name and id but nothing else. That is to say , Status,Priority,Category along with all the other attributes are not return If that is not an option is it possible to set the template to use while creating a request when using the addRequest function ? Can OpManager handle high snmptrap event? More than 2000/hour

app for older iOS version
This is a general topic, regarding the app on the appletore, so if this is not the right place, please move it :) Is it possible to have the last .api supported by iOS 5.1.1 for servicedek plus and opmanager? We have some iPADs (first generation) with the last iOS version 5.1.1 installed and the new version of your apps didn't work on the old iOS version. We tried to reuse the old ipad like a monitoring display. And with the old .api file we can force the installation with iTunes. Thanks Regards

hi, I am trying to evaluate OPmanager9 and we notice when we try to monitor our Exchange 2010 server, the counter message received per second shows in fact the cumulative received message (since last restart). the OID SNMP is Exchange.SMTPRECEIVE.MessagesReceivedPersec. Is ther any way too modfy this quind of OID to try find the good one? Best regards
User not appearing in User Logon History reports
Hi, We have a user that isn't showing in our Logon history or Logged on Users reports, even though when on the Computers section of Inventory it clearly shows his user account being logged in on his machine. Is there any way of resolving this? Could we force his Desktop Central Agent to upload his logs? Many thanks for your help!

Hi, I compared the files in the install folder across two different types of install due to weird behaviors of our live environment (which has started with build 9020 and was updated to 9023) with a test environment (clean install of build 9023). I am confused as some binaries do not share the same md5 hashes. Can somebody tell me why for the same build I get different files ? Thanks in advance Maxime Gauthier

Invalid username/password
Hi, I've tried to install NetFlow Analyzer standalone applications to try it out, but after installation I keep getting invalid username/password although it's new installation. Previously I installed OpManager, didn't have a problem, I uninstalled it and installed NetFlow Analyzer but keep getting invalid username/password. I've restarted the service it's the same. I've tried to uninstall it and install it back again but it's the same. I've found somewhere to check startDB.bat, but it says database

Strange traffic in NetFlow Analyzer
Past few days I've seen the following traffic. The source IP addresses look strange to me and the destination addresses are to difference places and countries that aren't part of our network. All this traffic gets blocked by our ACLs on our router. But it looks strange. And the protocols are old routing protocols and I think monitoring protocols. And the size of the traffic is always 805.31 MB.
Asset information is lost when Product Type is changed from Workstation to Laptop / Desktop
Dear Support, I am trying to categorize the desktops and laptops from the default Workstation container and move them to a different bucket called Laptop / Desktop. This move is purely based on their product type, model and when I do so, all the information it fetched from the first scan is lost. Also when I try to re-scan the asset, it throws an error as "FAILURE: Problem while scanning workstation." Could someone please help me with this ? Thanks, SK

Java - Ready to execute
Hello everyone! I'm having problems with deploying Java to our company computers. We need of two Java versions, one is installed on D drive, one is installed on C drive. Newer version is installed first on C drive, then later older is installed on D drive. Pasted images does not display
Hi, Images pasted into the email body does not display correctly. Instead of the pasted image and the rest of the email body "pan>" is displayed. Deleting unwanted reports

I would like to delete a report that has been made by an employee that no longer works for the company. monitoring standalone network
hello i have 4 systems on my premises belonging to 4 different vendors, all using different ISP's,all four of this systems are not on my network, although they are in my building. is it possible to deploy netflow analyzer on my network and then be able to find a workaround to monitor those four vendor systemes?
