Fortigate / FA VPN user names
Hello I am having a problem with Fortigate 100D / Firewall Analyser logs for VPN. eventlog.out File growing until ELA crash
We have an eventlog.out file in ManageEngine\EventLog\Logs\ that is growing to 20 GB in a single day until HDD capacity is reached and the collector shuts down. What can we do to fix this? I read a previous article that says changing the log type from a 3 to a 2 in the BAT file can help (circa 2009) and ours is already in this mode. Is there a fix for this?

Fetching emails with blank subject line
I have noticed that if a requester sends an email with no subject line, ServiceDesk Plus creates the subject "Not Provided" when it fetches the email. As this may be confusing when we reply to the requester, I wanted to change it to "Subject left blank". So, I created a Request Template with this in the subject, and then created a business rule saying to use that template whenever a subject line is blank. When I try to save the business rule, I get the error in the attached. Is the rule having trouble
User getting two emails when ticket is resolved
Hi When a tech resolves a request and changes the status to resolved for some reason the user is getting 2 emails. 1) the request has been resolved 2) the request has been updated The second email shouldnt be triggered and its really confusing our users. Please advise ASAP. Thank you

OPManager Graphs data issue.
Dears I have a problem with graph data, when i am asking for a traffic report within 30 days, i got my needed data correctly as showing in the first photo below. The problem happened when i am generating a report for more than 30 days, i got a wrong data especially 95% value as showing in the second photo below. i need your kind help on this issue. Thanks.
DesktopCentral doesn't start
Hello, I just installed the DesktopCentral free version on a clean Win10 machine. The service fails to start, the attached log seems to indicate a problem with the database. Could anybody advise on what the problem could be?

Windows Server 2012 - Page File Usage - SNMP
Hello everyone I've been attempting to read the Page File Usage using SNMP within OpManager with no success so far. None of the OID's within the default MiB's seem to correspond to the Page File usage. I've unsuccessfully tried using the Hostmib.mib generated by the server and had the same issue. I've tried using a few OID's I've found within different support threads but also no luck with those. Any ideas other than resorting to WMI or using scripts to do the same job? "Error # The RPC server is unavailable." when adding windows services monitor
I get this error "Error # The RPC server is unavailable." when trying to add windows services monitors. I am only having this problem with one server, and I don't have an issue when testing credentials. I also did not have an issue adding a process monitor for this server.

Asset Module improvments
Wake On Lan support for Asset scanning: This feature seems to be missing within the SDP application. Because this is missing, numerous failure to scans appear daily requiring a manual scan to be completed for current information. Basic funstionality would be to ping the system before attempting scheduled scan and if there is no answer, send the WOL packet flagging to retry scanning of the system after scheduled scan is completed (end of list reached). We currently have this feature in Spiceworks.

OpManager - SuperMicro - Netscaler
I have a Netscaler 8005 MPX, which is a Super Micro re-branded box. Configuring the LOM snmp and traps to send to OpManager. I have also installed the SMT MIB from SuperMicro. I can't see anything from the device in OpManager (SNMP doesn't appear to be working). I also can't receive traps. I can receive traps to the SuperMicro IPMI view tool. But when I point it at OpManager the traps aren't received. I also configured the IPMI address on the device in OpManager. I also can't walk the device

Cannot start Service Desk
After a Java update on the server running Servicedesk, the wrapper.exe is giving this error in logs and the service will not start. Any help would be appreciated. Is summary row in a Query Report possible?
I have a Query Report that gives statistics by technician. Is there a way to add a summary line at the bottom, like this: Task Hours Request Hours Total Hours Response SLA Met % Resolution SLA Met % Number of Requests Last Resolved Last Week Cher 1 11 12 77 77 13 Sting 16 5 21 90 95 20 Teller 1 8 10 75 88 32 SUMMARY 18 24 43 79 87 65 I'm using MSSQL. Copying Report Profiles
I have 100 admin accounts that I need to create an alert on. I basically need to create an e-mail alert to send the user an e-mail when more that 10 failed logons for their admin account occurs in 30 mins. Each user has a normal account and an admin privileged account. The only way I can see to do this is to create a report profile for each user that contains all failed logon events filtered for that user. I can then create an alert profile based on that. Essentially the report profile is the same
Restrict solutions to certain groups of technicians
Can we restrict certain solutions and/or solution topics to different groups internally? Use case. We have many people who are technicians for different services that we deliver. We don't want technician group A to see the solutions for technician group B since they relate to different products. Additionally, we are using Servicedesk for our internal helpdesk as well. We have solutions for our sysadmin group that we don't want any other technician groups to see. Is this possible?
Rebuilding Traffic Analysis Graphs
Hi, I have a problem our client is using Netflow Analyzer and has tasked us to rebuild some of the reports. We are having a problem finding the tables from which the Traffic Analysis reports are based. We have looked everywhere in the DB but no luck. Can someone please help but listing the tables I need to check? I have attached a sample report that I'm struggling with, it's called The Top 10 switches by difference in avg utilization.

Hello, we are running Device Expert: Version : 5.9.6 Build Number : 5960 Using Chrome the links to main objects work, Home, inventory etc, but the links any objects on these pages do not work. This is universal across all my Chrome users who are running several versions of Chrome so I think it is something in DE. All links work in IE and Firefox. Anyone else lost the API client after upgrading to 11600? I just get a screen with a plant on it with OpManager text in the middle.
Manually restart windows service remotely
Hi All, Brief description of my problem: I have a third party application installed on a remote client network. This application stops responding sometimes, to fix it i need to restart a windows service. Please note that the application is down here and the service will still be in "Running" status. Currently, there are options in OpManager to restart the service or server as an action when the service stops responding. So can i manually restart windows service? Or can OpManager restart window service
Request merge notification
Is it possible in anyway that when two request are merged, that the requester and the assigned techincian receives a notification? We came across this problem when an admin merged two request. But the technician wasn't aware of a change in the request. therefore was still waiting on feedback from the requester Thanks Alex
UCS devices
Hi, i install Opmanager and add my devices. now opmanager show "Your current license does not allow to monitor UCS devices.You can either remove the UCS devices you do not want to monitor here, or procure a new license.Remaining devices will be deleted" but i have no any UCS device! when i login , it show a page with License Activation Details title, that allow remove UCS device, but no device is available!!!. what is the problem?
