Our current help desk solution allows us to have private notes. When a technician is listed as a cc to the ticket we can create an internal note and all the technicians will see the note and get an email about the internal note. I know that there are notes and that they will be private - how can we notify all technicians about the note? Thanks Wil

Hi. I'm now testing OS Deployer's demo in virtual environment and trying to deploy a master image using PXE-boot on target machine. OS Deployer Agent boots successfully and says it is waiting for deployment. Server sees target machine, i start deployment task, target machine reboots and that's all. Given a resource name, how do I find what resource group that resource belongs to ? When I perform a search on the resource name, the resource is returned with all of the information associated with that resource, but I don't see the resource group for that resource on the search results page. Upgrade from 6903 to 7000 fails
When upgrading a 6903 PMP running on CentOS from 6903 to 7000 the following error occurs. Installing unpack.bat 100% Could not start Postgres database, The port 2345 is in use. Trying to start PostgresSQL server failed Error Occurred File ./Patch/ppm.err Error occurred :: Irrevertable exception occurred Before the upgrade I veriefied the pmp service and postgressql whre stopped. Also netstat -an did not show port 2345 listening. ppm.err file only indicates to contact support team. Please advise.

Hi, I have installed the ADSelfService Plus Demo and the Password Sync Agent in a test environment. The ADSelfService Plus Demo installed on a W2K12 machine without any problems. I installed the sync agent on a PDC (W2K8) but I couldn`t start the service because of the missing message queuing. Neither the docu nor the install routine says that there is a dependence on the MSMQ feature. SSL is kicking my butt
I have SSL working but not on my fully qualified domain name. For example: https://server/ comes up fine, but if I use https://server.mydomain.com/ then it throws a certificate error. I have installed self-signed AD certs. I have also tried installing with my GoDaddy certs, but the ADSelfService pages won't even load when I do that. Also, my godaddy certs are not like the ones given in the examples. My boss is insisting that https://server.mydomain.com/ functions warning-free before we deploy.

I have two reports under the Report Configuration section but both of them have an execution status of 'EWS Managed API Not Installed'. I tried to install it, per the instructions in the Troubleshooting tool and get an error that says 'This installation package is not supported by this processor type. Contact your product vendor.' Application Layer Started Hangs
I will start from the begining. We had an 2003 server with 2005 sql server on it, with version 8207. All is working fine. Then i thought it would be a good idea to update it to latest version - 9110. Since it did not want to make the update on the working server i've migrated it to esxi. All went well, i've updated to 9110 and is all working well. How do I delete requester email address
We're trying to remove a few email addresses from our list of requesters. But it will not allow us to save the changes made unless we enter a different email address. Is there any way we can remove email addresses rather than replace them with new ones? When we remove the email address in the requester record and press save, the old email address is still there when we look at the record.

Scheduled LDAP import only importing some users. Manually-triggered import provisions ALL available users.
The daily LDAP import that we run at 6:30 is importing small numbers of users ranging from 0 to under 100. When I run a manually-triggered import within a couple hours after the scheduled import ( by going to Admin > Users > LDAP > Import Now), it imports many, many more in the hundreds of users. This has occurred ever since we started using a fresh installation of SDP with LDAP. This occurs on all of our SDP servers including DEV, TEST and Production. Hi, I have SDPlus 9.0 build 9.1.0.5, upgraded from 9.0.4.8. all my authors and techs are unknown now :( AD sync is working, I see all of them in 'requesters'/'technicians' tab, all emails are correct etc. but when I make a new request, a catch "requester name does not exist". also, site associations is not working now. BUT! If request was made by email, everything is ok - request arrives with correct requester name, associated with correct site etc. how can i fix this problem?
