Show only servers with errors
Hi, I have made some business maps, but I would like to only show servers in error. Is this possible? Is Business Maps the right place to do this? I don't mind using a list view as we have a lot of servers and Business Maps will get too full very quickly. Any advice on this would be most welcome. Best wishes Michael

Cannot setup the HA
Hi, PMP support team. I'm configuring the PMP(6600) HA on 2 CentOS6 64 bit machines. I followed the every instructions but in Admin-HA page says HA is not configured. When I go to the Secondary server (https://192.168.10.202:7272), it redirects me to the Primary server (https://192.168.10.201:7272). Device Templates not working
Good day I've taken over monitoring at our company and started working on a pre-existing probe. When working on the Windows Server 2012 R2 device template, I set the monitors and their thresholds and everything else, but when I hit Apply I get a blank page. I've logged out and back in to the probe, even restarted the server, but nothing helps. We have other probes setup of other enviroments and it works fine on there, so I know how it's supposed work. What do you think the issue could be? Issue
Attach requests to milestones
Our organization is looking to use project module for release management. Enhancements will come in as service requests. A project will handle the release management with milestones being the releases. Currently we cannot link/attach tickets to milestones. Is there a chance this could be put in a future enhancement? Otherwise we need to create a project for each release and we are looking at weekly releases.

Database information for Requests
I am using the Standard version of SD Plus. I am looking to migrate from OSTicket and bring over all of the details we had there. I am pretty comfortable with SQL and wanted to know where I could see the ticket details in SD Plus within the database. I believe that if I can match the tables up I can import all of the pertinent data from OSTicket and not just use the XLS import option. Can anyone tell me the tables used for a request?
Microsoft Update KB3114409
Good Morning, There was a problem with the update for Microsoft Outlook 2010 which you are probably aware of by now. Outlook will only open in Safe Mode and I am getting hounded by the end users. Is there a fix or another update that will be sent to correct the problem? I also did a search for the update to uninstall it and I am not able to find it. Ed

Problem with Adding Request
I have created an incident template and for some reason, when I hit add request nothing happens. I have a problem with the description field gone missing but I'm not sure if that is what is causing it. Any ideas where I can look to see what might be preventing me from adding this request? Random problems caused by Primary Key errors in database
Hi. Since the release of build 8315 we have experienced a lot of bugs and crashes, and after that fix everything was back to normal. During the process of trying to figure out the problem on build 8315 we have migrated with the Support our database from SQL to PostGreSQL and than again to SQL after we discover that the problem was related to an authentication module and fixed. Re-Create CSR
Hey guys, So we're planning on testing MDM (just bought the license for it) to manage our mobile ios devices. Problem is when we generated our CSR, we used a corporate email like suggested, it happened to be the same one that also generates helpdesk tickets in servicedesk plus (woops). So our helpdesk and desktop centrals automated messages were in an infinite loop briefly generating tickets for each other after the creation email. Obviously don't want this to happen again, I've disabled notifications

Huawei NE40EX3 NetStream config
Hi I have problems with configuring NetStream on above device. When configured with your recommendation no traffic is streamed from device to NetFlow Analyzer. I have to turn on sampling and Aggregation then it starts working but it does not catch all data as far as I see. I need NetFlow Analyzer to get data when e.g. police will required it because of some cyber crime so I need all data. Please help ASAP !! I currently have business rules setting the group and status of new ( incoming) requests. How to determine if a technician has logged on
Is there somewhere within SDP that I can look to see if a specific technician has logged on? Or see a history of their accesses? For example, we created a role for a manager to view certain data and run reports. I want to know if they have logged on and run any reports in the last week. Improve upgrade process for High Availability installs
We have experienced a number of recurring issues during installs and upgrades of PMP on Linux. The main one is that the files and directories are being installed with "root" as the owner instead of the PMP user, even when the install script is being run as PMP.
