Are there any options for extending the view pane/window in the Availability Chart(below) or the Problems tab? Extremely frustrating for the pane to not fill out for full monitor size and requires constant scrolling to view all Techs or Problems even though there is plenty of white space to fill.

SD looks great, in that we can move our separate Helpdesks into one system, using Sites. However, we don't use attributes like 'Office', or any other location, since the campuses operate on separate domains (in one Forest). Is there any way to import users from AD Domain 1 and have them automatically registered into Site 1, and AD Domain 2 -> Site 2? We really don't want to retro

I´m trying to audit the success logon users with a alert profile with the following filters (My Domain controllers is 2012 R2): - Event Id equals -> 4624 AND - Logon Type equals -> 2,8,10 I don´t recieve any notification with this filters. Remove Product Type Error
I am just in process of evaluating this software. There are two items that are so far a road block; 1.) When I go into Admin - Account Settings - Product Type, and attempt to delete I get the error "FAILURE : ProductType is being used by a module. Hence cannot delete it " . We offer primarily a service, so we would need to heavily edit Products and remove entries, 2.) When creating a New Request, under "Product" are sub items that definitely need to be removed. Do anyone have a tutorial for setting up monitoring Windows Server 2012 R2 with SNMP? We have set up SNMP and we do get reply when using the MIB brower, but do not get any monitoring of hardware (CPU, memory and disk). in the web-GUI. The only monitoring we get is Sys desc.

Cannot Edit Thresholds 11600
In 11600 I am not able to edit threshold for monitors for any virtual devices. I usually use the CLASSIC view... instead of the API view... because for alert viewing... the API view is still a complete mess in my opinion... not nearly as neat/organized as the classic view... The problem is that now in the 11600 most of my VM's show up in the API view even when using the CLASSIC view.... So my problem is that the with API view The only option is to delete the monitor or leave everything as default....

We are evaluating the change control part of SDP. Wondering if there is a way to lock an approved change so no changes can be made unless it is by a small admin group, or is there a way as soon as a change is made it goes back to pending status, similar to MS sharepoint. We are currently in the process of building up our servicedesk. At the moment we have a paper form that gets filled in by HR, department head, IT and Director is there a way to allow this form to be degitalised in manageengine, have it filled in by the different departments, and then send off to our ServiceDesk for further processing?

Dear Support, We have upgraded our SDP (installed since 2011) to version 9121 and we are not seeing where to access Scheduled Reports. We have some reports already scheduled since installation and is still being sent by email but we want to change the email recipients but we cannot find the possibility to do so. Hello, I'm testing the service desk plus system and I got stuck while I was trying to create an incident template that auto fill the field "Email-Id(s) to Notify" I have a requirement that a distribution email from our Exchange server must be auto-filled on create any indecent\request that uses this template, moreover the requested can't edit it but he can view it. I tried to configure the Notifications Rules but the distribution group wasn't showing either your kind support is highly appreciated.
How to find info on merged request
Running ServiceDesk Plus 9.0 Build 9039 on pgsql. We have a request ID, 1319, that is no longer visible in our system. We know it existed at one time because we have the email notification that we rec'd when the incident was created. Now however when we try to search All Requests for it we get "FAILURE": Invalid Request ID". I suspect it may have been merged to another request but I can't prove that. How can I either find out whether 1319 was merged to another request and determine which one,
Credentials issue when enabling Powershell monitoring mode
Good day I have been struggling a bit with setting up Sharepoint monitoring in Applications Manager. I've created a monitor group and associated 4 Sharepoint monitors to it successfully - I however need to change the monitoring mode from WMI to Powershell as this is needed to monitor Sharepoint services, Timed jobs, etc. What I've done so far: 1. I've enabled PSRemoting on the Probe server as well as the 4 Sharepoint nodes 2. Made sure the listener ports are opened between devices (5985 and 5986)

Hi Is it possible to : - Have write management in a set of group - AND have view rights when using "Search AD objects" when using delegation rights What i already dis : - create a delegartion with "Group attribute" -> add to group - create a technician with a limited scope of group. No blank space when requesters reply
Hi, We have received feedback from our customers that when they hit Reply to a conversation in a request, there is no blank space for them at the top to enter their text. They need to hit Enter multiple times to create blank space for them to reply (or delete all the existing text). There does not seem to be an area to customise the reply template for requesters to add any blank lines. We have done this on the technician reply template, which works fine, but there is no option for requesters. Thanks,
Defining Single Targets
I recently just set up Desktop Central and was testing the software deployment functionality. However, I want to test on a single machine. Unfortunately when i get to the configuration setup, I am only able to choose group targets, "Remote offices" or "Domain". I don't see an option for single target devices. I also have tried creating a custom group with just one machine and still no luck. Same choices. Is there a way to push to a single target?

Can someone please help me modify the login page. Since this is MSP - it will be exposed to public for the agents to be able to communicate. Problem backing up asa over vpn
Good afternoon, I am currently backing up a catalyst switch along with one asa on our internal network, very easy and simple software. My question is that we have an external asa that we need to backup also. The problem: copy start tftp://ipaddress/8_ConfigFile.txt doesn't work because of our ACLs The fix: copy start tftp://ipaddress/8_ConfigFile.txt;int=INSIDE_NIC works fine because it then uses the vpn and connect back to the Network Config Manager.
