Lock a custom requester field
I have a field that I have created within the requester's profile. I'd like the requester to be able to view the data, but not be able to edit it. I currently have 'Customers are allowed to:' set to the following: Edit their profile - disabled View their profile - enabled Is it possible to make a custom field non-editable by the requester?

Request page consumes lots of memory after 1 day
Hi, We have the Request page displayed on a big wall mounted monitor, it reloads the Request list every minute. This system is always on. Each morning when we enter the office the reload of the page is halted, the browser has then consumed over 1 GB of memory and we need to restart the browser. We have tried with Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome, all have the same problem. Can this be fixed? Thanks,
SNMPv3 errors when trying to discover
This is one of the errors I get even though passwords are the same on everything and encryption is the same. No matter what I do, SNMPv3 does not work in OpMgr for me. Anyone else having issues? Well, I tried to attach a screen shot, but it said the parameters was exceeded.
API: Delete Account from Resource
Reading over https://www.manageengine.com/products/passwordmanagerpro/help/restapi.html - there is no documented call to delete an account from a resource, only delete the entire resource. Is there a way to handle this? Thank you.
Content Variables
Is there a way to use content variables inside of tasks? Example I have a form with a single line text field for techs to enter the Department I would like to be able to reference that field when I set up tasks. So when I create tasks I don't have to touch each one to edit that information. It will be automatically filled in the the content variable.
Bulk edit passwords for different user accounts at once
Good day, I'm currently using the Enterprise version of Password Manager Pro. I have added several resources, with 2 user accounts per resource. These user accounts represent our admin logins and user logins respectively. Currently, I can filter my resources using Resource Groups, checking them and choosing More Actions > Perform Password Reset. I activate the second radio button, which lets me indicate a custom password for all user accounts. But I want different passwords for each of the 2 user

Email subject trigger specific incident template
Is there a way to have the subject of the email trigger a specific incident template and not the default template? What I am trying to do is allow HR to email in for a new hire starting and for it to trigger a new hire ticket instead just the default standard ticket. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Scheduled Reports not emailing specified users
Good morning. I have set up several scheduled reports in EventLog Analyzer and have configured the mail server with ManageEngine support. However, the scheduled reports are not emailing the specified users. I've confirmed that these same users can receive email via EventLog Analyzer from the "Sent Test Email" option in the section for configuring the mail server. However, they are still not receiving the emails from the scheduled reports. Here is the information on our version of EventLog Analyzer:

Hi Thanks for the update but since the update there are some issues with the notes section, 1) when you open a note the cursor was already in the notes box so you can type right away but now its not anymore 2) when you type multiple paragraphs then the size of the font changes 3) (not important) the nice yellow background is not there anymore Thanks

I am trying to pin down where a user account is tied to within Eventlog Analyzer. Is seems to be failing against; Caller Process Name: C:\ManageEngine\EventLog\bin\SysEvtCol.exe Has anyone seen a user account tied to this? ME's Services are using local system accounts, I verified that.

Asset a required field
Is it possible to make the Asset(s) a required field via toggle like the other fields? Right now it appears to be tied together with Requester Details but there's no required toggle. I have a template for toner replacement and it is essential to know which printer they are requesting. It autofills with the requester's associated workstation, which isn't helpful in this scenario. Hi! I'm attempting to set up OpManager to use our Exchange server. Exchange is configured to require TLS for basic authentication. In Mail Server Settings, I have TLS Enabled checked. When I press the Test Mail button, I get the following error: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException cannot be case to javax.mail.MessagingException Our Exchange server is using a self-signed certificate. Desktop Central reporting incorrect OS
I have noticed a few machines are reporting back saying they have Windows Vista, or Windows XP when they actually have Windows 7. Do I need to do something in order to correct this, as scanning the inventory on the machine doesn't update it.
