Clear out Service Desk Settings under Add-On/Products Integration in OpManager

We used to have Service Desk Setup and we had an account we used from Active Directory to authenticate to the Service Desk Plus Server apparently.  Anyhow, I want to clear out ALL of the settings for Service Desk Plus.  I can't seem to figure out how to do this.

Also, I thought there was a way to perform a Database Backup in the Admin tab of OpManager, but I can't seem to find that anymore. :(  Any help on how to backup the DB would be great.)
