How to monitor individual information stores with Exchange plug-in?
We have five mailbox DB's on the server. I would like to monitor the size and availability of each mail store DB and logs. I need to see each mail DB separately and how much space each is using. I would like a breakdown of the user logons, read/writes and messages sent/received per mailbox DB. Also, I can't find any way to monitor the Exchange log files. I have Exch2010 (and OpMan 9.2 with Exchange plugin). Thanks
standby server error
hi i have big problem when i install standby server i get the error "error while configuring server" when i telnet the 13306 port of primary server from standby server i get the flowing error "N♦Host 'mon-standby.rasana.ir' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server" what can i do ?
Downtime Scheduler
Hi, Is there a log showing if the Downtime Scheduler job has actually done what you asked it to do? We get alarms on servers that are in Downtime Scheduled jobs, and i need to check what happend, if servers are put in not monitored status, if the Downtime Scheduled job even starts etc. Regards, Svein

Running Redhat Linux 5 on my test system. Disk IO on sda is described by this oid: .1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.13.15.1.1.4.17 (writes in bytes) .1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.13.15.1.1.3.17 (reads in bytes) When I get the value by hand (snmpwalk) it comes back as 234949468431 in bytes. / 1024 / 1024 turns it into MB, about 234949MB, or 235GB. So I tried ((.1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.13.15.1.1.4.17/1024)/1024) and got 0 back. Then I tested against .1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.13.15.1.1.4.17, and got 0 back, from OpManager. They I tried putting

Hi folks, Trying to load the attached MIB file for our Netgear WG103 WAP's and getting the following error: Error parsing MIB:WG103_V2.2.2.mib Exception while loading MIB:Could not parse the file C:/Program Files (x86)/ManageEngine/OpManager/./mibs/WG103_V2.2.2.mib. problem in configuring the standby server
I am getting an error "primary server is not running on the host/port". server1 - primary server server2 - standby server port - 80 When I am configuring the standby server it is giving me an error 'primary server is not running on the given host/port'. I can telnet the port 80 of server1 from server2. please help

Buffer and cache showing zero's
We just turned on the MSSql module and all the data seems to be reporting fine but the fields: Buffer Cache Hit Ratio Cache Hit Ratio are both reporting 0 for their numbers and there are some zero's for other fields as well but most have data. Such as buffer: Buffer Cache Hit Ratio 0 % Page reads per sec 18 /Sec Lazy Writes per sec 0 /Sec Also here is Memory Excess Total committed memory needed 0 KB Granted WorkSpace Memory 0 KB SQL Cache Memory 32032 KB Now I have about 6 other SQL server

Need Comparison of Disk Utilization & Partition Details Monitors
Hello-- I did a quick search online and within the OpManager user's manual and I can't seem to find a definition of an application of two monitors. As an example, on a Windows server/device, if I have the option of having a monitor set for Disk Utilization of drive C: and Partition Details of drive C: would I ever want to opt for both? Why? Hi there, We were able to get our ESXi hosts discovered and monitored in OpManager, alongside with the guests that run on top of them using the root account. Now we would like to get rid of the root account into OpManager and instead use a read-only account. Can you please advise how we would accomplish this? OPManager Utilization Issue - AIX Servers
Hi, I need a helping hand here. Anybody knows why our AIX Servers' utilization always disappears? By the way, we use CLI to monitor the AIX Servers. It is ok in the first time we do "test connection" but apparently, tomorrow it is disappeared. Is there a configuration need to adjust in our OPManager? Our OPMan version is 9. local wmi
Hi! I'm trying to add a manual WMI counter on the OpManager server (it has other services). I get an invalid username/password. I searched this forum and found that I needed to remove the username/password for local wmi. I go the password page, remove the username and password, hit OK and then when I open it still has the username/password :) Any other way to remove it so it doesnt use credential for the local server? Will I still be able to monitor WMI counters? Thanks Nicolas

I have several Cisco stacked switches. I am trying to create my maps with all the links but cannot create more than one link on a device. I want to monitor my primary and my failover which comes from one switch and goes to two different switches in a stacked configuration but has one IP address. I can see them in my ports but can only create on linked connection in my view.

Windows 2008 WMI Access Denied
When trying to setup OpManager to monitor a Windows Server 2008 in our DMZ, it keeps coming back with an access denied. I can used WBEMTEST to connect to the target server - confirming that the target server is configured properly and that no firewalls are blocking anything. I can also run the cpu.vbs script in \conf\application\scripts and get a valid connection. I can run the list_services.vbs script and get the list of services. But, I can't get OpManager to connect using WMI. Any ideas
SMS phone not working after move to version 8002

Changing interface bandwidth to a lower value than real bandwidth will cause tx or rx showing zero
Our customer has a 20M MPLS lease line, he complains that when he change interface bandwidth to 5M , the traffic graph stop graphing. I created a test environment to simulate his problem , and I found when the IN traffic was over the interface bandwidth we set, it shows IN traffic is zero. see the attachments graph1.jpg. In graph1.jpg ... tx/rx interface bandwidth are both set to 100bps.( for testing) I generated traffic using snmpbulkwalk to generate an unbalanced traffic pattern.
