standby server error

standby server error

hi i have big problem
when i install standby server i get the error "error while configuring server"
when i telnet the 13306 port of primary server from standby server i get the flowing error "N♦Host 'mon-standby.rasana.ir' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server"
what can i do ?
